I called to have it picked up and they, in their own words "forgot" to pick it up. They have tons of extra charges for YOU, the customer. My vacation is over, im back to work, they still have not picked up this dumpster. My RING camera is catching people going thru it, dumping things in it. I kept calling and telling them im concerned, this dumpster is still here, can you PLEASE come get it. I told them look, you are gonna charge me if the trash is over the line, if it weighs too much etc...but im telling you to come get this thing, i cant babysit this dumpster. He says oh no problem dont worry about it, i got you. So fast forward a MONTH later, they charge me 100 bucks for the weight being 100lbs over. A hundred lbs...not a thousand, but a hundred. I call and say hey, this very concern i had whwn you guys left it at my house for 10 extra days....is now happening. You assured me i would have nothing to worry about because you are the one who forgot about it...but now, theyre telling us too bad, thats your problem we can dump it at your house as long as we want. I spoke to 2 peoole who said oh well, too bad. Im so frustrated at this....i understand fees and things involved w this...but when we are done w the dumpster and you all admitted to forgetting it at our house for an additional 10 days and im telling you i cant babysit this thing, people are dumping in it come get this thing!! Than said oh no turns out you didn't overfill. But he accidentally spilled it. Yet he didn't. He opened the back and dumped it. It was latched I checked. Than he said oh it was an item that was forbidden that he seen so he dumped it out and I said to pick up the other items that were allowed. But didn't. Than I said you could have knocked on my door. Dude picked up the dumpster dumped some out the back and left. Within 5 min a the staff no the managers were absolutely useless. Could have just had the driver come Clean up. Instead they tried selling me another dumpster for 600. Lmfao. Than didn't wanna resolve it. More interested in being confrontational. Will never work with this company again. Who makes fun of combat vets for brain damage. Also I'm not gay but it's 2025. So why if I was. Why is that even in the convo. Then they call my phone refusing to talk to me demanding to talk to my wife. Than says we need to take down our review which I won't. We have received less than 1 star service. This is what I told them. "Hey I'll be honest we can have a discussion about the review however I'm talking to corporate and I've shared my experiences honestly. You guys made excuses and continue to make excuses on why your driver dumped a pile in my driveway. And than blamed us. None of this experience has been pleasant and it's been pulling teeth to get you guys to fix your mess up which realistically was addressed at 1pm it could have been handled by the end of day easily. Idk doesn't sit right to me. And frankly it was an easy fix if they took accountability rather than shift blame and make up lies and attack the customer.
