We just leased a home, and while the carpets had been professionally cleaned, the wood floors and tile had years of grime and buildup that regular mopping couldn't touch. He came to the home and provided a free estimate. He was professional, kind, and completely transparent about what he believed he could accomplish with the wood floors, tile, and grout. I knew that any improvement would be better than the condition they were in, and he exceeded those expectations. He also accommodated our tight schedule and completed everything before move‑in, which was a huge relief. I let him into the house remotely, and he spent about 4-4.5 hours cleaning roughly 1,100 sq. ft. of flooring. After finishing, he sent photos showing a phenomenal transformation -- and even those pictures don't fully capture how beautiful the floors look now. The entire space feels refreshed, brighter, and genuinely different. It changed the energy of the home, and it feels great knowing we're moving into a truly clean space. Their staff member showed up on time, and he was very professional. I felt comfortable with him in my home, and he did a beautiful job on our carpets. I was very impressed with his ability to get out some of the ware spots in the high traffic areas. Our carpets look brand new, and the house smells great. He arrived at 9 AM, and finished six rooms and the stairway in an hour and 45 minutes. It's now an hour later, and the carpets are nearly dry and most rooms. We felt the value was incredible, and we will definitely have them back again. So much easier than doing it ourselves!

Tiffany got ALL their fur, and continued snapping up any little fur tumbleweeds that she noticed after she had moved on from previous rooms. She did a great job with all spaces, but for me the living room in particular is the standout. We have an enormous couch, and Tiffany scraped PILES of fur off it. John recently did carpet cleaning for my 4 bedrooms, the upstairs hallway, the stairs going to the 2nd floor, the basement stairs, and the dining room and playroom - all for a GREAT price. Stanley Steemer was going to charge WAY more, and the fact is, SS does NOT do nearly as good a job as John Wecker. More recently, my GF needed her apartment carpeting cleaned for an annual inspection. She called a carpet cleaner, and the guy wanted over $300 for three, REALLY SMALL rooms. When he showed-up, he refused to do the work, saying "You're wasting your money trying to clean these carpets. I can't take your money". Problem is she waited 2 weeks for the guy to show, and now she was within 5 days of her inspection. John stepped in, cleaned her carpeting, got out ALL the dirt and ANY stains, and the carpeting now looks fantastic. And John did it for little more than HALF of what the other carpet cleaner asked for! John is based in Saint Louis, but he accommodated our needs, and he travelled all the way to Belleville to clean my GF's carpeting! She couldn't have been happier with the results. I called him on a Wednesday afternoon, and he did the carpet cleaning two days later, on Friday afternoon! Anyway, John is a great guy, and does a fantastic job cleaning my carpets.
