Their staff member showed up on time, and he was very professional. I felt comfortable with him in my home, and he did a beautiful job on our carpets. I was very impressed with his ability to get out some of the ware spots in the high traffic areas. Our carpets look brand new, and the house smells great. He arrived at 9 AM, and finished six rooms and the stairway in an hour and 45 minutes. It's now an hour later, and the carpets are nearly dry and most rooms. Initially, they sent two workers at a time, which made the cleanings efficient--typically done in about 1.5 hours. However, over time, things changed. Due to being short-staffed (per the workers), they started sending only one person, which naturally doubled the cleaning time. On the last visit, they sent two people, but one was in training, so again, it took about 3 hours. The quality of the cleaning was decent--nothing I couldn't do myself, but it was a huge relief to have someone else handle it. My disappointment began when the contract ended. Despite the fact that my home size and the scope of cleaning hadn't changed, they wanted to increase the rate because the job was taking longer. It wasn't due to additional work or special requests--it was simply because of their staffing and training issues. That doesn't seem fair to me as a customer. Another frustrating experience was when I tried to schedule a carpet cleaning and never received a callback, even after leaving a voicemail. Ironically, when I first hired them, their initial deep cleaning and carpet cleaning were excellent--really above expectations. So it's disappointing to see that level of service fade over time. In short, the individual cleaners were great, but the business decisions and lack of responsiveness left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I wish things had ended on a better note.
