Beware of this business, I came here to get my AC to my…read moreshuttle fixed Not only did they keep my vehicle for over 3-4 weeks they didn't fix the problem which they charged me $3400 dollars to repair .. again it wasn't repaired brought it back twice and still wasn't fixed.. they told me that they found something more serious and wanted to charge me more to repair... at this point i had it with them went elsewhere for a second opinion and they fixed it for nearly a quarter of the 3,400 i spent here.. come to find out the clamp to one of the hoses was pinched so bad that it was leaking. That was literally what they found fixed it and its been working since .. ill never come here again! My representative nelly was literally non existent during my service. The entire process was a headache besides when they took my money that went pretty smooth.. taking this company to small claims court.

New Bluebird buses are causing serious injuries and pain to the drivers…read more In the fall of 2017 PUSD ordered an entire bus fleet to replace the aging buses currently in use. The buses were ordered on truck chassis which is a major change from the previous buses. The step well is higher and steeper, the driver's compartment is poorly designed and unable to accommodate the different body types of our drivers. The hydraulic hand brake is a serious problem causing repetitive motion shoulder injuries and the suspension is much stiffer creating more vibration and jarring. There are multiple documented reports of the buses injuring bus drivers. There at least 7 drivers by my count that have filed injury reports and more who are complaining about pain in their shoulder and knee. My concern is also for the bus aides and the bus students. The driver's compartment problems will not effect the bus aides and students but the more difficult access of the step well and the constant jarring will. Many of our ambulatory students need assistance with the new step well. The smaller children crawl up the steps or are carried by the driver. Our employees are using their arms to pull themselves up resulting in at least one serious shoulder tear. The students are also abusing their upper body trying to get up into the bus. To my knowledge so far no one has fallen down the steps. I have fallen in the old buses as have multiple students and employees in my 22 years of driving. These new steps are much steeper and the potential for injury greater. The students are complaining about the rough ride. Bus driver's and aides have commented "The bus beats you to death". Our wheelchair students are really getting a beating as the rear of the bus is the roughest place to ride. I refuse to drive these buses and am retiring 2 years earlier than planned. My bus aide for years has had multiple back surgeries and the jarring on the new buses has put her out on disability. I do not think it is safe for her to be in the bus anymore. I am not sure what can be done to remedy the situation other than liquidating the new buses and ordering new ones with the health and safety of our employees and students at the forefront of the equipment criteria. The new buses cost 1.2 million dollars. It seems to me Bluebird should be held responsible for this huge problem. It should be illegal to design and sell equipment that injures and cripples the people using it. Sincerely, Leslie Black School Bus Driver PUSD

Very disappointed in the fact that their people do not know the product. The first time they gave…read moreme the wrong belt in the wrong box. The employee told me that he could not exchange the belt because it wasn't a product that they carried. So then I went ahead and purchased another one and when he brought out the box and pulled the belt out, he realized that inside that box -which is Duralast-it has a different namebrand inside the box casing. At that point, he realized his mistake and swapped it out. The next time I had to deal with someone that they call it Gray. A Gray is a manager who's supposed to really know the product. I brought in a Clutch that I have lifetime warranty and he said that he could not exchange it because it wasn't a brand that they carried. This was a vaLeo Clutch, which is a brand that they carry, and it's the brand that I purchased with the lifetime warranty. He said that the only brand they carry is Duralast and it would say Duralast on the Clutch then I showed him the flywheel, and he said he could not exchange it because it also did not say Duralast like it did in the picture. This really infuriated me because I have over 700 entries, and I know for a fact that flywheel came from Autozone. Rather than continue to have this Gray insult me I ended up going to a different store, and spoke with a manager, who knew the product well. This is very unfortunate that these people would rather insult the customer than to do a warranty swap. The Grey was a young Caucasian manager between 25 to 30 years old with flames on his forearms. If you get in line and he is the desk person, do yourself a favor and allow the next person to go and wait for someone else, because he does not know the product.

Never seen an autozone with the worse service like this one. The guy who gave me what I was looking…read morefor was very nice. Can't complain but after getting what I need and got to the payment counter, nobody acknowledged and at least say "somebody will be with you" in spite of several people just chatting laughing having a good time. That is still ok but when a guy came into the counter and I asked where do I pay after waiting already for a good while, the guy was directing me to get back at the end of the line. I told him I already got my part and I just needed to pay. Why the do I need to go back at the tail end of line ordering parts again. Fortunately the people he said he's suppose to help first let me pay so I can leave. I was expecting for someone to say whoever the guy in the cashier is taking care of another customer say he'll take care of you after (if that's the case) I would understand but to tell me to get back again at the end of the order line, I think it's just plain stupid and don't make sense. In fact I heard the (lady) manager saying they were very slow all day talking to someone. If that's the case wouldn't it make sense service should be faster? I've never given a review as bad as this but it's just so unprofessional. Maybe I just didn't have a lucky day with them. It's not always the greatest service here but I kept coming back. Today is the worse of all.
