I've also gotten a new set of tires for my wife's car, and today I came back to get new tires for my own car. What I like is that even if they don't have the tires you need in stock, they can order them and usually have them delivered the next day. Fast, convenient, and reliable service. Definitely a solid local tire shop that I'll continue coming back to. Highly recommend!

If there was going to be a delay, I would have appreciated being informed instead of being given an estimated time and then finding out much later that nothing had been done. What should have been a 45-minute to one-hour service turned into a much longer wait. Unfortunately, I left very unsatisfied with the customer service and overall experience.

Snyder's Tire was closest for a service facility on the USAA map, so my vehicle was left there after hours. The following morning the awesome team at Snyder's looked at my vehicle and determined the issue was an improperly installed air filter which had been done earlier in the day at an quick oil change service center that has a name starting with a 'V'. The issue was quickly fixed and I was on my way! It was explained that I couldn't be charged legally by Snyder's because it was determined the oil change service center was the cause and I went to have them do their job correctly later. Again, nothing but praise for Snyder's! They rock! They're trustworthy and super helpful! I'd give 6 stars if I could!!

I like to support local businesses because at one time I operated as a local business and…read morecompletely understand the need for local businesses to exist-I gave linders a shot and recently had the front brake pads replaced on my mid size truck at Linders Tires in Crestline. Shortly afterward, I experienced a brake-fluid leak and loss of braking performance, and a near collision with another vehicle requiring a tow to a certified Ford dealership close by where I work. According to the certified dealerships diagnosis, the inner and outer brake pads had been installed in the wrong positions, resulting in caliper damage and brake failure. This was a serious safety concern and had costed me dearly to get my truck back to a safe operating level for my daily commute to work. I had sent a written complaint to the business but received no response. I then sent a second letter to the owner requesting a response within 10 days. I am asking the owner to contact me so we can discuss the repair costs and resolve this matter. I will update this review to reflect any response or resolution.
