I use to come about 3 years ago before the recent renovations and it was a pleasant experience although the wash itself did need some upgrades. I moved away for a while and recently came back to the area so this has always been a go-to car wash. Since reopening with the new renovations, I have been so dissatisfied with the service here. To begin with, every time I pull up, the attendees who assist at the kiosk to enter the wash are usually just standing around or sitting somewhere pretty random on their phones, sitting up on the rock wall or something, not doing much of nothing and I will explain momentarily why this is bothersome. But, as I was saying, they're not usually helpful unless you need to actually pay at the kiosk, so that I do appreciate. Then, when you pass thru into the wash, the attendee who is suppose to signal and guide you in, needs to be trained on proper signaling and communication with the drivers, they're usually carelessly standing off to the side, holding the signal sign poorly and just not helpful for the most part. I would like to note that the workers don't usually look like they want to even be there so I don't even bother expecting a warm welcome from this establishment. Further along, entering the ramp, a driver has to properly go through the turn onto the ramp because it's always been a super tight turn and if you have a large vehicle like a SUV or Truck you almost always have to back up to properly align your vehicle into the assembly. The same person whom is suppose to guide you in, does a poor a job usually of telling you when to stop and when to put your car in neutral. They're also in charge of selecting the correct wash setting and pre-spraying your vehicle or sometimes scrubbing your vehicle, I don't know what exactly they're suppose to do and what to expect bc every time is different depending on the attendee, some do more, some do the bare minimum. I find some vehicles seriously damaging their rims because of lack of guidance, space and proper signaling for when to change gears into neutral due to the attendee almost always being preoccupied with coworkers/personal devices or just don't care.. When entering the actual wash, sometimes I get different lighting and wash settings, I can't confirm whether I receive the correct wash service setting for my monthly membership bc every time I go in it switches up. With that said, the person up by the kiosk is just chilling not doing much of nothing, while the second standing person in charge of signaling and pre-washing your vehicle looks to be doing the most work and it's almost as if they're upset that they're doing more work than those standing around. Once you go thru the wash, there is almost ALWAYS NEVER ANY TOWELS. If there are any, they usually stink as if they sat in the washer overnight and are NEVER properly dried. You will always find full dirty towel bin full. In addition to all of this, on one side of the vacuum lane, the entire side is either never turned on or needs maintenance bc they either have little or no suction ever. So going back to the person just sitting or standing around, why is no one checking to see if what is being offered and promoted to the consumer? Bc it is NOT being provided. That is the whole purpose of me choosing this wash in the first place.. I expect friendly attentive service along with the basic offering of towels and consistent car wash service and proper suction of the vacuums. I could understand if it they were short handed and extremely busy. But, I see no excuse for such poor service. Every time I come, I have the same exact reaction but this time around, I'm just fed up and have sat in the parking lot, disappointed just as every other time, except today I had time to write a review. I will be cancelling my membership expeditiously bc I've given this place way too many chances with little to non improvement. I don't see myself returning. read more

First off I am a member and been a member for years due to its location but today I will no longer be doing business with Ultra Car wash (Mammoth Holdings LLC) . My tires were just recently bought brand new 3 weeks ago and I go into the car wash with no issues with my tires until I get near the exit of the wash and feel my vehicle rock backwards due to some impact or malfunction with the conveyor line. Shorty after I exit and go into the vacuum area just to find out my passenger drivers side tire is totally flat in my parking spot! I went to report my issue with the manager on duty Abdeen and he was kind enough to let me use his car jack to change the tire to put my spare on. We both went inside the wash conveyor to find what could have been the issue that caused the flat and we found debree (a fork; what caused the puncture) and we went to file my claim. Me and abdeen looked at the tire and found that the air was coming out from an inside area on the interior area of the tire and not the top causing it not able to be patched or plugged. I had to go back to the tire shop and pay for another (new) tire due to this inconvenience. Now today I get an email response back from Mammoth that after they reviewed the footage of my incident they will not take responsibility for my damages that occurred on their grounds. My tire was not flat before entering the premise or before I entered the car line only after I exited. The attendant at the entrance would have noticed my damaged tire before I entered also which was not the case. Truly bad business to not own up to not having a clean line where obviously debris can fall from truck beds and other vehicles that are not secured properly before entering. I do not recommend anyone taking their business to this place because it shows they do not value your property and your business. read more

I've been a customer here ( monthly subscriber)since they opened. On September 23, 2025 the wash malfunctioned and destroyed the right front tire of my Ram 1500. The tires were less than a week old and cost $400.00 each. It is now November 6, 2025 and after multiple calls and emails they have not made any effort in reimbursing me for the lost tire. Sadly I will cancel my subscription and find someplace else offers better customer service. read more

I would give it 0 stars if I could. My husband & I just took my grandfathers car to get it cleaned, the actual car wash is fine i guess but 1 of 10 vacuums work, the rest are either broken or turned off i am not sure, and the ones that do work BARELY work. read more

I was really impressed with this place! While I would prefer a full service car wash where they clean the interior of my car, they have pretty much disappeared. I am used to paying $25 for a basic exterior wash so I was surprised to pay only $10 at Ultra. After beginning to vacuum the interior, a young man approached me and asked if I had any suggestions to improve the business. I mentioned that I was hoping they would have some spray cleaner for the dash and other hard surfaces. Marcus ran over and brought me a bottled of cleaner and a couple of microfiber towels. That made such a difference in the interior of my vehicle. Marcus was so friendly and a real asset to this business. I will definitely be returning to Ultra Car Wash! read more

Not a good company. Recently I was convinced to try there membership. It was the worst decision I've made, the customer service was fine, the day I started the membership, however it has gone from bad to worst since then. My 1st free wash, the carwash didn't wash my car, I had to go back thru again just to get my car washed. The next week, something else happened with the machine, it stop while my car was in the machine. One of the kids they have working there passed everyone else's car and came to my car to ask me, did I put my foot on the brake. After telling him in NO, I didn't, he decided to go and get another kid to ask me the same question. At that point it was clear, this happened because I was a older black women and clearly they felt I didn't know how to NOT put my foot on the brake, so I pulled out without my car being washed all the way. After that screwup, I decided I wasn't going to wait for a 3rd screwup. I started calling the Corp office, to cancel my membership and tell them about my experience, which im sure they care. The corp office is a joke, even if its real. No one answers ever, you are just on forever hold until they close for the day. I had cancel my credit card to prevent unauthorized charges being put on my card. My suggestion be very careful with this company and definitely don't start there membership tat you will be stuck with until they decide to stop taking your money or you decide to cancel the payment method used. I'm not sure how some of the other locations are. This is ONLY for the Lilburn location ( in the home depot and Walmart Area. read more

Their sign said it was going to reopen mid September well we are on the last week of October and still nothing. I am not driving to another city for a car wash. This Car Wash have packages that they call Unlimited Car Washes per month. It is not really Unlimited because you can only go once a day. It is still awesomeness and a Gr8 deal. Purchased the $29 monthly package and it's not worth it. Car is still dirty. My last straw was running my car through and getting a huge scratch on my hood. I heard something inside while driving through and when I drove out there was a huge scratch there. I spoke with an employee and they told me they that no metal touches the car but obviously something inside had done it. I was made aware they they don't take responsibility for damage to cars that run through there so I just emailed to cancel my membership. Their customer service is horrible read more

The car wash is just ok. My wife and I both had accounts here for the past 2 years but that ended today. They lowered the price early this year but kept charging us the original price. I went here today and got the "look your best" special and added ceramic coat. I was highly dissatisfied with the quality of the wash. My car did not present any shine, I wiped my finger on the hood I had residue on my finger and the vacuum cleaners does not use a lot of pressure and they are super huge so they can't fit into the small area, like on the side of your seat, cup holder etc. The lady that help me process my payment was professional even though she had a slight irritation when I ask if she was going to add the ceramic coating the second time because that what I paid for. The women who escort you in the wash was super unnecessarily aggressive. Gesturing and directing as though they are trying to teach a dog new tricks. I must say the second round did clean the car a lot better,and the ladies was a lot calmer, but I would not recommend or make an effort to revisit. read more

My favorite is the Sawanee location. It's the cleanest and one with the most up keep with there equipment. The other locations there equipment is like falling apart and it's dirty they need to update. You can barely get a good vacuum without the head coming off or scared to touch things because you don't want to get dirty. But I like the car wash and the different options for cleaning your car. Due to Sauwane location I'm giving four stars. If I had to just rate the locations the stars would be 1 because they need to get it together. read more

Do not waste your time here. The staff on location or on the phone isn't helpful at all. They make it very difficult to cancel your membership if you do not have the vehicle with the bar code on it. The machine to clean the rugs is almost always out of service. If you drive a large SUV guaranteed you will have deep scratches after going here a few times. Often times you will leave with the back door of the vehicle untouched & bugs still on the front. If all you're looking for is a cheap rinse for a car you don't care about this is your place. read more

I was here last weekend to get my car washed. I have a membership so I am here typically once a week or more, so I have seen how this place is run. I usually would never leave a review like this on this place but what I experienced the other day was uncalled for. This review is mainly aimed towards the red haired man who looks to be the manager. After I went through the wash I went over to the vacuum bay to dry my car off. As I was drying my car, I noticed a few staff members messing with the vacuums. My car was parked at the very end where the large vacuum housing unit is at the end of the lot and a male staff member was over there fiddling with it. Next thing I know, I'm at the front of my car drying it off and the thing that catches change from the vacuums comes crashing down next to my head. Literally inches away from me. I stared at the guy, back at the change holder on the ground, back at the guy who doesn't care, and then at the girl in the bay next to me who saw it all. The guy just walks away. I see a red headed staff member start to approach, who I assume saw it happen. He looks at me and doesn't say anything so I asked him if he saw. He ignored me, so I raised my voice and yelled that the heavy change box almost hit me in the head. This man, who I assume is the manager by the way he was acting, proceeded to then YELL at everyone in the area that they needed to get their cars out of the way so they could fix the vacuums. I again told him I could have been injured and that they didn't need to be working on the vacuums when someone is in the bay near the vacuum being worked on. Told him again, that I was almost injured, acknowledging that I knew they didn't mean to do it, and all this man did was again yell at everyone nearby to get out of their way. I asked if I could continue to dry my car off as I was already there when they came over to work on the vacuums and he very rudely told me that he was being yelled at by everyone because the vacuums weren't working. I didn't see or hear anyone yelling but me for almost being injured. This is incredibly bad business practice for multiple reasons. The main one being this man was YELLING at paying customers to get out of his way. I've been here on many occasions when the vacuums have been messed up and never once had someone yell at me AND other customers to get out of their way. If anything, they have nicely approached me and asked me to move to another spot if I wanted to use the vacuum, not to stop what I was doing and get out of the way immediately. read more

Let's start with customer service I spoke with Emily who advised she was a supervisor at the Lilburn location I had two accounts on accident when I went to sign up instead of inputting my phone number The employee takes my card and signs me up clicks next and the employee accepts the terms and conditions I didn't get a receipt or anything as far as how to cancel or update my payment method. I requested a refund for the previous account and was told that no refunds can be processed so I will now be reaching out to a lawyer because you cannot fault me and tell me that I read the terms and conditions when I did not sign up the employee signed up and told me to pull through so if there is anyone else that would like information on the class action lawsuit please respond! And DO NOT LET THE EMPLOYEES SIGN YOU UP! This establishment in Lilburn needs better training! read more

If I could give less than one star I would. The attendant Bobby was extremely unprofessional and rude. He didn't like that I asked for a refund so he threatened to call the cops on me which I told him I was completely fine with. Once he saw I was not scared nor budging he became rude saying my account was linked to a car that was totaled a year ago. I called customer service ma received a call back from a who I am assuming manager Justin who was just as unprofessional and rude as Bobby. This justin guy wouldn't let me the customer speak and insisted that Bobby was right in the distraction and also told me the situation was my fault. I asked for a refund and he blatantly refused and said he couldn't help me. I have recorded the call for my lawyer and my bank and I am glad I did because these people have zero customer service or care for the customer. Disgusting. read more

I used to use this car wash frequently between our 3 vehicles and the unfortunate thing is, I think the car wash overall is good. My dissatisfaction is with the billing department as I cancelled through their online website form the monthly swift pass for one of the cars and provided a picture of the pass. I did not receive any confirmation to my email that my pass was cancelled and I continued to be charged the monthly $29.99. I read their rules and know that you need to give them 7 days prior to the billing cycle to be cancelled so I was OK to have an additional month charged. BUT then I have continued to be charged now TWO additional months beyond that! So I completed the online form again to cancel (AGAIN, received no confirmation of my request to cancel) and wrote a separate email to their "contact" me area on their website as well. Then I called the early the following week to make sure they were actually going to cancel my membership and I am convinced only because I called did I receive confirmation of my cancellation. They were unwilling to refund the 2 additional months which was extremely disappointing. Be sure to follow up with a phone call if you cancel anything to make sure you won't continue to be charged as their website cancellation form is not working. read more

BEWARE, wheel damages will occur as trainees don't know how to guide you onto the ramp without bumping wheel against the metal railing. Filled out a claim after the incident and no further response. Also the aggressive tire brushes will scratch all wheels. Not a good value considering the resulting damages to my vehicle. read more

I visit this car wash because of the convenience of its location. Located on Lawrenceville Hwy in Lilburn just across from the Walmart, it is easy to get to if you are travelling towards Lawrenceville. When you pull in, you enter your purchase on the machine. They also have a car wash club but I am not sure about the value of the membership. Depending on the time of day, the car wash can be busy. However, they are rather quick to get through which makes me use them more often. You also get to use the vacuums for free after your wash. I enjoy this no frills wash and often make a point to stop in whenever my car needs a wash. read more

I've been a member of the always clean car club for years. Lately, approx 3 out 5 times, the car wash is out of order and/or closed for maintenance. Not very convenient. Also, I don't know if they might have dispenser issues, but the car wash leaves a film on my car. How can I be a member of the "Always Clean Car Club" if my car isn't always clean? VERY pleased w/ the level of customer service all of the employees demonstrated while we washed 2 cars on separate days. Friendly greeting.
