The nail tech was young and inexperienced, and she struggled with a simple manicure. Throughout the years, I have been to a handful of other Toi locations and never had any issues, so this location was a disappointment. I drove the 5.6 miles to their Boynton Beach salon and got a really good manicure, and my nail tech was excellent. They have good reviews, so if you go, I hope you have a better experience than I did.

I think when you sit in front of the door and are the first person a client sees upon entering, you should verbally welcome the client, make eye contact and SMILE, rather than scowl. Then when it's the client's time to go back for their service, I believe this same person should escort the client, especially if the client has never been there before and doesn't know their way around. Common sense, no? I guess laziness won out! At checkout, she wasn't any better. Now it makes sense why they didn't have any clients! Next time I'll try well- rated spa where they value their clients.
