This gym is decent for the price, but it definitely has its drawbacks. The monthly membership cost…read moreis reasonable, although keep in mind there is an annual fee that wasn't clearly mentioned when I signed up. The staff is generally friendly, which is a plus. The cardio movie room is a nice feature, but they tend to play the same movies month after month, year after year and most of the entire selection seems geared toward a male audience. Annoying. My biggest complaint is cleanliness. The gym could do a much better job maintaining and sanitizing equipment for a gym open 24 hours. I would strongly recommend wiping down any machine before and after using it. I saw the same gum wrapper in the treadmill I use 4 days in a row. And this was recent. Cleanliness of equipment has been an issue since they opened. Overall, it's not a bad gym for the money, the staff is kind but if cleanliness and parking are important to you, there are definitely other options in the area.

I've been going to this gym for over a year now, and recently I had an experience that feels very…read moreunfair and shitty on their part The gym offers a 1-2-3 referral program: Refer 1 person get an EOS t-shirt Refer 2 people get 3 months free membership Refer 3 people get 1 year free membership The only condition stated on their referral sign-up sheet is: "All qualifying referrals must be made within the same calendar month and need to stay a member for the next 90 days."(See attached photo). Even ChatGPT says nothing about the referring member. Based on this, I referred 3 of my friends, and they all signed up on the same day. Now I'm being told by staff that the referral program only applies during my first month as a member. This was never mentioned anywhere--not on the website, not on the referral sheet, and not verbally when I asked about it beforehand. Before referring my friends, I even called the gym to confirm the details, and no one mentioned this limitation. During my friends' sign-ups, the sales rep took my information (email and phone number) and assured me he would submit everything to management and that I'd hear back within a week. I never received any communication. When I followed up, I was told that only one of my referrals was counted. What happened to the other two? There has been no clear explanation. At this point, it feels like the gym is trying to avoid honoring the 1-year free membership reward. The written terms only refer to the qualifying referrals and say nothing about restrictions on the referring member's membership timeline. This situation is frustrating and misleading, and feels like they are cheating their way out of the perk.

I go twice a week and it's been great, I've been able to do way more there than on my own because I was struggling to challenge myself, and I love being able to come in and just saw what areas I want to target that day and be told exactly what to do haha. It's been a great supplement to working out on my own at the gym at work and the community there is great! All awesome women doing the work together! There can be anywhere from 2-10 people in there at a time, but usually it's around 4-6 people when I'm there. It's incredibly affordable at $150 for 8 sessions and they are angels for offering amazing personal training at a price point that is very manageable! Highly recommend for any ladies looking for a place to get strength training in with amazing trainers and supporting a local women's owned business is always a win too!

I did have interactions with other trainers, Brayden and Jeff, both very awesome. Although they where not my trainers I would recommend them as well! They are some of the many that made me feel at home at the gym. 200/10 recommend them boys. Also I don't know her name but she was a trainer I believe, it was just me and her there and she was leaving, she asked if I felt comfortable being alone or if she should stay. Like who does that? They close at 7pm Sat/Sun and 8pm on Friday :( As someone who works out on the weekends and schedule usually only allows for nights it really sucks to not be able to get my workout in and throws off my consistency big time. Second thing is the cardio/dance room stays locked when classes are not in session which is really unfortunate because at my old gym that's where I would go to do my stretching (that doesn't feel comfortable to do around masses of people). I also wish they had more yoga class times available and I wish it was less crowded but they are not deal breakers for me because it's $10 a month and I think considering the value I'll take that loss. The positives are it's a great selection of workout equipment. During peak hours you do have to wait to get popular machines like the leg press or row machine etc. Also all the common dumbbells and barbells will likely be taken so you have to wait for your turn. But the selection is quite good! Again for $10 a month. They have a sauna! Love having a sauna. They also have a small workout area just for women which is great. They have a cardio room with bikes, treadmills, and ellipticals with a big movie screen so you can just focus on that and I love that too! The staff will always greet you hello and goodbye and that feels nice. It's nowhere near the level of personal I got with the staff at my smaller gym in california but a smiling hello/goodbye is enough to keep me feeling appreciated as a customer. Cleanliness is great imo. There is always cleaning staff around and if you mention anything they will take care of it asap. They really do care. There are only a couple broken or stiff machines that could use some attention but not too many. Overall with the price being $10 a month I am thoroughly satisfied with my money being well spent. My main concern is the hours I just really hope that changes because it has me considering switching gyms just so I can be consistent!
