Shopping experience was good until I went up to the counter . Idk if the girl Lizabeth was tryna be funny or sarcastic but she came off as rude .she needs to work on her customer service . read more

The customer service is always very good. The employees will greet you and ask if you need help with anything. It's always a pleasure shopping here. It's busy most of the times I have visited and the checkout line can get busy but it's usually fully staffed and it moves quickly. read more

I highly recommend to get your brows laminated by Alexis or even wax by her. she did so amazing on my appointment on Friday. She walked me through every step in the process of laminating my brows, also how to care for them. I have never felt so confident about my eyebrows now they don't need much attention when doing my full glam. I have my brows appointment in 4 weeks for a clean up. Thank you Alexis for making feel beautiful! read more

BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS WITH ANA! She was amazing. She is incredibly sweet and is so talented. She is so knowledgeable. She went above and beyond by taking me in after her last client of the day. I am a super busy mom of three littles and I don't have a ton of time to do my hair. I gave her creative freedom for a low maintenance color and cut, on VERY (7+ month) outgrown hair. My hair feels so healthy and the color is beautiful. I am excited to see the color in the sun tomorrow. Thank you Ana!! Also, thank you to Jill (closing manger) for sticking around so Ana could finish my hair. She was so nice and understanding. read more

Ulta is amazing i love it and it has elf lip balm and it has amazing products and it is cheap and i love it

Definitely better and friendlier service here compared to the mall Sephora. You actually get greeted here and employees on the floor will ask if you need help finding things. I like that they have other bath and body items here, not just makeup. It's fun to browse and smell all the yummy things, but was a little disappointed that they ran out of birthday gifts for the month not even halfway through the month. You are able to contact customer service to request it to be mailed directly to you, FYI. New tip we learned from our cashier! read more

I came to get my daughter who is 11 just like 3 blonde highlights in her hair for pictures, I was already apprehensive is dying her hair at a young age but I thought just a few highlights wouldn't hurt. We went in to see a gentleman. I'm not sure his name, but he said we could do it by the time he was done my daughters hair with Wheatley, blonde or full entire head, and her hair is dark brown not to mention I was also going to get her a haircut, but just dying her hair alone took almost 4 hours! I have never been so angry in my entire life and I left crying because you ruined my daughters here and she is only in sixth grade not to mention the women who work there were talking bad about me openly for being a bad mom for letting her die her hair what kind of place treat people like this? I am so angry I'm going to Corporate. read more

How can I add more stars for Ana Wright!!!? I've always been told I have a lottttt of hair! So I know my trip to a hair salon is 5 hours+ Not only did Ana Wright do an amazinggggg job but she also has a very nice personality that made me feel the time flew! She truly made sure I was getting what I asked for, a nice new hair style and color with "low maintenance" as a busy mom that's what I need If you want to get your hair done with great results and a relaxed stay Ana Wright is what you need. I loved walking out of Ulta feeling like a baddie ‍ read more

Booked a Cut and Color appointment online. Checked in at the desk and was told to wait a couple of minutes. I waited over half an hour, thought maybe she is just running behind on the previous client, I was then approached by someone else to look up my appointment details only to find out the stylist isn't even in today. 1. Wasted my time, could have just told me they weren't in at the beginning 2. 20 mile round trip for absolutely nothing. Wasn't even offered anything in exchange for their mistake. read more

I never write reviews but I just have to say that one of the associates Makayla the one with the pink hair. she was sooooo sweet and very kind! she helped me with a shade match and gave her opinion on certain stuff i had questions about. very knowledgeable too! read more

Lexy assisted me when I brought in three teenage girls. Which is really like herding cats to be honest. She was patient. Offered suggestions of products and helped all of us with our items. Everyone left happy with their purchases and Lexy probably needed a good nap and a raise. Thank you for being so amazing Lexy! read more

I just had the WORST customer service experience of the decade! I will NOT be stepping foot in this Temecula Ulta, possibly any other location for that matter EVER AGAIN! The condescending, rude, and arrogant attitude from their management team was the biggest joke I've ever experienced. The so called service Manager CORY MADRID who continually mocked me, grind, smirked and rolled his eyes at me while I expressed my dissatisfaction gave me his card, after I asked for his name. The mistakes started on Tuesday 11/1 when I self scheduled my brow wax online. I showed up and they said there was a mistake with their system as they are getting a software update, that the Benefit employee was out until Thursday, today 11/3 The employee apologized on Tuesday for their system error, offered to reschedule me and I accept. Before I left she handed me a 30% off service card for my inconvenience, I actually was surprised she offered it as I wasn't going to ask for anything. I thanked her and left. But today was just an effin joke. I've known most customer service is out the door, so I don't expect much or get upset about it anymore unless they go out of their way like ALEXA and CORY did. Long story short they wouldn't honor the 30%- cause apparently they keep expired coupons in the back to hand out, that also exclude BENEFIT! My fault for not looking at this on Tuesday. If your looking for a mini stroke from rude employees by all means go to ULTA. Do yours self a favor and DO NOT go to this store. Shop elsewhere! Total rude management read more

Great service in the salon from Tatyana. Was my first time getting salon service from Ulta. Great prices. 100% recommend.

Ana has cut my hair a few times and eats it up! she does exactly what i ask for, super kind and friendly, the whole haircut experience with her is great i personally have curly hair and she does a great job, taking her time to ensure i get what i ask for. Definitely recommend my girl Ana for a haircut ! read more

This is my 2nd review to update that I still have gotten zero help from this store or customer service. After nearly a month of trying to get help, I was told I would be reversed for the double charge (this transaction was nearly $200) and to wait 10-14 days. We have surpassed the days and customer service refuses to respond to any emails. I am extremely disappointed and I hate to have to leave another negative review but they refuse to help me otherwise and I'm hoping this will cause someone to help me. P.S. We are going on 2 months since this happened in store. read more

Miriam at the Benefit Brow Bar is AMAZING! She is so so sweet & she shaped my brows so beautifully for the first time, she told me to come back in 3 weeks which I 100% will be doing considering how kind she was throughout the whole waxing process, she took her time & really cares about her clients & their satisfaction. She was so sweet. There was another girl there who unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was also an absolute sweetheart read more

Corrine was heaven sent ! her expertise comes handy as she is one of the Esthetician's at this location, I had a budget in mind so I picked up some of the more pricier items & then I went over their more affordable side of the store when she approached me for help she was very professional and helped me pick out some amazing products for my acne prone skin, it has been a week now of me using these and I am not disappointed by her picks ! Also, I can't wait to try one of her Dermalogica facials ! **** if you have any skin concerns see her she's fabulous! read more

I truly hope management sees this review. I was helped today by Erin to help me color match. I am not good at doing my make up and I get incredibly intimidated whenever I go into any Ulta because the employees seem very judgmental over my lack of knowledge of beauty products but Erin was the kindest person I have spoken to at any beauty store! He spent his time talking to me about the products he recommended. He did not rush me or himself and tried different shades to make sure he helped me pick the perfect match foundation. He even gave me some kind words of encouragement and tips when I told him I needed practice. I hope he is recognized for his awesome customer service. Thank you Erin! read more

Use the ship to store feature for the first time and has my husband pickup. He was given an open and used product without a cap. He didn't know any better so came home with it and had to take it back and stand in line during the holidays. The went through to look for another one "didn't know how it happened" and then had to go to the back because all the ones on the floor were open and used. Didn't offer a discount or even a coupon for the future. It just bothers me that an associate would choose a used item to put in a bag and that he had to drive back and forth to replace it. Very unprofessional. What's worse is that I have been in communication with Ulta customer service for over a month just to be told someone higher up on their team would get back to me. I have inquires over 5 times asking when I will get a reply and am told the same thing over and over. Ridiculous. Don't expect Ulta to make anything right. read more

I have been going to the salon for hair color and styling and always book with Ana W! She is amazing. She lets me know if something won't match me or if it won't hold. She's very honest and makes sure I am getting best care for my hair. I will recommend her to everyone! read more

I scheduled a haircut with Phoebe. I was early and she was able to take me in when I got there(that was a bonus). I showed her a picture of what I wanted, we went over the details of the picture and what I needed to do for styling etc. She did amazing! I absolutely love my hair! She crushed it! I'm a hairstylist myself and was extremely nervous (I've stylists do hack jobs on my hair, which scares me with getting a shorter haircut). Thank you Phoebe!!! read more

I was just at Ulta and waited in line for almost 15 minutes because the Manager was training a woman on the register and was taking phone calls. I understand that she needs to train her, but my time is valuable to me. Don't make me feel less important than the woman on the phone. Balance is necessary and as a Manager, she should of realized more cashiers were needed instead of making me keep waiting and waiting....seriously? Horrible Managerial skills!!! My time is valuable....tyvm! read more

Some hair stylist are great. Some are ok. But when you sit in the seat with Ana Wright, you know you've made the right decision. From the moment your in her chair, she is all about you, your needs, and really ask questions before she starts on you. It's not overwhelming at all. Ana is meticulous, she takes her time, and she's got a beautiful personality to go with this high class, bad ass treatment! Absolutely loved my experience today and my hair. I have been to this Ulta Beauty before, I didnt have that much interaction with their staff, I got what I needed and left. But I visited this Ulta Beauty this last Friday and I was looking for Buxom bronzer, I was in the aisle when Lauren was walking by and asked if I needed some help. I asked her and she was so wonderful and attentive to my questions to make sure she answers them. She also tried on different bronzers on me because I wasn't sure which one was better. They were out of stock for the item, she was happy to give me a free shipping to shop online. Outstanding customer service and will be back soon. Thank you for the wonderful service read more

I went in today and was assisted by Arsencia. She was very helpful and sweet. I will definitely be back in! Loved her makeup as well!

Yesterday I had an appointment with Sidney, I arrived happy to perform my procedure with her. My hair was untouched for 3 years and I didn't put any dye on it. I left the place crying over the damage that had happened to my hair. Please if you have blonde hair don't do it with Sidney she doesn't have the necessary techniques to work with blonde hair. See the first photo of how my virgin hair was still, the second photo was how I showed her what I would like it to looks like and the third one is how she left my hair. Ulta gave my money back but a real pro will charge twice as much to fix this shit. read more

Terrible place to go, the guy whose name is Austin is beyond RUDE and has zero knowledge on fixing bugs in the system and do simple returns, even the way he talks with the other employees at the store is really bad! The employees there are always busy talking to each others and just ask randomly if you need help but still they are not free to help you! read more

Came in today right when they opened and the cashier was extremely rude! I watched her be rude to multiple customers and she was rude to us as well. I don't care that it's early and she may be tired there's no situation you should act that way. I tried to grab her name but she wasn't wearing a name tag. She has black hair with blue/green front pieces. She definitely needs some training in customer service! read more

This is by far the worst beauty supply store I have ever had the displeasure of going into. I was excited about the Temecula Ulta because the Sephora is a pain to get to because it's so tucked away in the mall. Never. again. will. i. go. here. Messy, dirty, all the products in the wrong boxes, useless employees with attitude, overall dirty building and floors. Completely unsanitary, you would have to be insane to get your brows done at the joke of a Benefit Brow Bar. I tried to thank the employer at the register for working during the crazy holiday season and was met with scoffs. Above all, the prices here are the same as Sephora yet the products are out of stock, disorganized, and some even tampered. Save your time and money. Also, a lot of folks weren't wearing masks and a lot of people took 30+ minutes trying to scam returns and hogging up the cash registers. Never again!! read more

Aaron is always so helpful and friendly on the floor. He perfectly color matched foundation for me and was so sweet. I'll be looking for Aaron again the next time I come in! read more

This Ulta location is great. They usually have the products pretty well stocked and the line moves quickly. I want to especially give a shout out to a lady named Nicole that works at this location. Both times I have been here, I have watched her interactions with the customers approaching the register. i actually thought she was the manager! Even at the cash wrap, she is upselling ( genuinely, without being pushy) because she has a great knowledge of many products including skin care. I saw several customers buy additional purchases that she recommended. Her customer service is impeccable and she has an upbeat personality. Today I went in this location again and witnessed the same service as last time. I got up to the cash wrap and I told her how I witnessed some great customer service the times I had been in the store. I was a skin care and makeup consultant for over 25 years and back in the day we were REQUIRED to have five star customer service or we would lose our jobs and did not belong in the business if we weren't willing to go the extra mile. Things have DRASTICALLY changed and employees can act however they wish with no consequences in many cases, and great customer service is a rarity. I want to say that Nicole demonstrates all of the great qualities that any employer would love to have as an addition to their team and it is truly a rare find and a reason i will keep going back to this location. read more

Kevin at the Hair Salon is amazing!!! I went in really sad because I had just gotten a haircut and she had cut it shorter than I wanted and I had this appointment scheduled to get my hair styled for a maternity photoshoot and I always envisioned my long hair. Kevin was so caring and asked exactly what I wanted which was soft curls. My hair looks amazing!! I swear he did magic because it doesn't look like my hair is as short as it actually is. I can't wait till my next event so I can book with him again! read more

I was EXTREMELY unsatisfied with the customer service I received at this Ulta store. This specific employee with a short bob was the most condescending, unprofessional, and very passive aggressive employee I have ever met, and her service to me seriously felt as if she enjoyed embarrassing me in front of her coworkers and other customers. I will never return to this store, I cannot believe an establishment like Ulta hires rude employees like that woman. Sephora is a better place to shop at for good service. read more
