Bummed. Back home for the holidays and really need a professional cut and color. I reached out to this salon since it had such nice reviews and was told they had availability, so I stopped looking for salons and thought I had an appointment. I was turned away when I got there due to her double booking me with another client. I was really looking forward to getting my hair done before heading out of town for three months and I leave in two days. Hopefully I can pop into one of the other salons around Murrieta and at least get a trim.

It's been a long time since I've had a haircut. I usually get bang trims, as I am trying to grow my hair out. Over the years my bangs have thinned out and there was an annoying gap between my bangs. Chelsea arrived on time. I like that her salon is very private, so it was just myself and another client of hers in the room. Her salon has such a chill vibe to it. I felt like I was at home and on my couch, relaxing and watching tv. There was also no issue with parking. I came in with my hair already styled how I like it, and Chelsea suggested a dry haircut. Because I wanted layers and more movement in my hair, she suggested she cut more hair from the length. Initially, I was adamant about leaving the length, but she made a good point that about 4 inches of hair from the bottom up, was very thin and brittle because of all of my split ends. She didn't pressure me to cut more off the ends, but I decided to trust her. I am so glad I listened to her. Yes, my hair is shorter, but she still kept a lot of the length and my hair feels so healthy! Before, my hair was heavy and lifeless. Chelsea brought my hair back to life. She was a pro with my bangs. I'm so particular with my bangs, and with a few snips here and there, she cut them perfectly. She even grabbed some more hair towards the front, so my bangs are fuller and I do not have that annoying gap. I am so happy with my haircut! The fact that she didn't have to go through the lengthy process of washing, drying, and flat ironing my hair is a huge plus. I will continue to see her for my trims and bang trims. Chelsea oozes with confidence and made me feel comfortable. She is very easy to talk to as well. Please, book an appointment with Chelsea, especially before seeing friends and family at holiday gatherings.

Love, love love going here so Chelsea can work her magic on my hair. It really is magic, the things she can do. She also educates you really well on how to care for your hair between visits. She is very knowledgeable, very sweet, and fun to spend time with while she is working wonders on your hair. I would never go anywhere else or attempt to do anything to my hair myself again. I met a wonderful stylist, named Zinnia who quoted me reasonable prices and scheduled it for the following week. When I returned for my appointment I brought my granddaughter with me and asked if she could possibly give her a cut & Style and she was kind enough to adjust her appointments to accommodate my request. Zinnia did such an excellent job coloring my roots and then applied a glaze that really made my hair look and feel great! The cut and style was on point and I walked out of there feeling really happy about the results! My granddaughters was also happy with her cut and style.
