I have had Tiana do my balayage for a couple of years now when she was at Fantastic Sams. My hair never feels brittle or coarse, and I always get compliments on how soft my hair feels, even though I get my balayage touch-ups every couple of months. I was so glad Tiana let me know that she is now at this location. The location is conveniently located off the freeway, and there was plenty of parking available. The salon is gorgeous and has a nice, calm vibe to it. I asked Tiana to change up my balayage and wanted a honey color to it. Like always, she did an amazing job. *AVOID THIS GROSS SALON!* Tamara, the most unethical thief and mediocre hair stylist I've ever come across in my entire life. She played games on my hair for 9 hours with horrific, striped 7-tone highlights, and told me my hair was "TOO GREASY" and I "SHOULDVE WASHED IT BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT." She told me she was embarassed of her work and told me if she couldn't fix it, to just color it all dark again. She is NOT a master colorist nor a blonde specialist in my opinion. I got bullied and made fun of at work all week because of her botched job. She didn't refund me even half after I asked her all week. also do NOT drink the wine they offer, it tastes putrid, and has been sitting in the fridge with floaters for months. I wasn't going to write this, Tamara, but you blocked me and ruined my hair while stealing my money. Hope you learn how to be more professional. read more

My mom has been going to this salon for years, so I started going here when I was really young. Every time I've walked out of this salon I've had tears in my eyes. Staff is disrespectful and seems like the last ting they want to be doing is my hair. Always making backhanded compliments. I am a natural ginger with curly hair. Every time I come in here to get my hair cut, I tell them how I want my hair to be styled, loose curls. Every time I come out my hair is shorter than I asked with super tight curls. I came here back in December looking to get my hair dyed a copper color with small highlights. I came out looking dark brown, NOTHING like how I asked. 6 months later and I am still dealing with the consequences of copming here. I do not recomend. read more

I honestly wish I would've left a review sooner But a lady named Maggie left my hair completely chopped I asked for long layers which I've always had And she gave me above shoulder length layers I had to let my hair grow out for 3 months and I went back to Bella allure she had to fix up my hair and blend out my layers because Maggie at salon O left me a hole it was all very uneven... luckily my hair grows back very fast and the ladies at Bella allure saved my hair.. just a warning please be careful with Maggie at this particular salon Not sure if she's new but it was a big NO for me read more

Unprofessional I had a terrible experience with Cassandra (@paintedbycass). She booked my appointment and never showed up. She didn't bother to call the salon that morning to update anyone, didn't message me, and didn't respond to any of my attempts to reach her. I waited 45 minutes at the salon with zero communication. Her phone went straight to voicemail, and even after I reached out through Instagram DM, there was still no response. She didn't contact me until the next day, claiming she had lost her phone. Even if that were true, there is no excuse for not calling the salon directly, notifying the staff, or communicating with a client who had a scheduled appointment. Losing your phone does not justify not showing up to work. She could have easily Googled the salon's number or contacted someone to let me know. This was completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and extremely disappointing. I will not be booking with her again. read more

She includes a free scalp massage with the shampoo at no extra charge and then she gave my bangs and the bottom of my hair a trim to make sure that everything was perfect.
