Sarah, the proprietor of Aspire Salon, is brilliant! I booked an appointment with Sarah after a recommendation from my best friend who brought her daughter to Aspire in order to have a botched haircut fixed. Not only did Sarah fix the cut, but according to my friend, Sarah really listened to her daughter's ideas and the resulting fix was exactly what her daughter had initially had in mind. If my best friend likes a stylist, I am always willing to try them out, so I texted Sarah right away. I was in desperate need of a trim, and she fit me in to her schedule quickly. However, three days before my appointment, I had to reschedule due to sudden family plans. I was worried that Sarah would take offense and not reschedule with me, as a lot of places around here seem to be particular about cancellations, but she was completely accommodating and understood. When I arrived at Aspire Salon today, I had my three children in tow. While it was an appointment for me, I asked if she could also squeeze in a wash and cut for my 12-year-old, and she did so without hesitation. She listened to both of our desires for our hair, talked with us about styling and upkeep, and explained why she would cut the way she did. Additionally, Sarah was friendly with my children, and even laughed it off when my 1-year-old washed her sliding glass door with his sippy cup. =/ Although I apologized profusely, she set me at ease, and continued on cutting my daughter's hair. I am the mom of three, and with a husband whose work hours usually mean I am taking the children with me to my hair appointments, her kindness was invaluable. Thanks to the other Yelppers out there, I too am jumping on the Sarah bandwagon! She is such a outgoing, very sweet person. Her salon is located in a sort of salon buffet is what I will call it! It is a business within a business so to speak. There are several other individual salons and spas within this one building. Anyway, because of her reviews, I made an appointment with Sarah to get my hair cut and highlighted. I appreciate that she took the time to really discuss and understand what I want. I've been to places where I told them what I wanted, and they didn't really deliver. But Sarah was right on. She gave me two tone, natural looking highlights, which I love! Being in the military, they have to look natural, and again, she delivered. Her space was very neat and clean. I love the fact that it is an individual salon rather than a huge salon with tons of people all over the place. There were certainly fewer distractions there than you would have at a larger salon. Bottom line, go see Sarah. Call and make an appointment because I THINK she works by appointment only (but check cause I could be wrong). BTW, her prices are ridiculously reasonable. Sarah is awesome! I moved to Temecula in August from Los Angeles and was very worried that I wouldn't be able to replace my hairstylist. I saw her reviews on yelp and decided to give her a try. First of all, I love her. She is very friendly, easy to talk to and really makes you trust that she understands what you want. I am use to sitting in the chair and within 2 mins, my stylist was starting on my hair because they had someone right after me, which made me nervous the entire time she was working that she really doesn't know what I want.
