You'll be in good hands if you come here and see Becca, the stylist who did my balayage and curtain bangs. She's passionate about hair, and an expert colorist. As someone with really thick, long, dark hair, I knew going blonde was going to be a challenge, but Becca did such an amazing job. I never imagined my hair could be this cute!! Overall, the salon is clean, modern and bright, located on the second floor, so you get a nice little view of the trees outside. They also have a little bar with tea, coffee and bottled water they offer to guests. The staff here all seem as warm, knowledgeable and attentive as Becca and are highly professional stylists. I have also seen balayage service be pretty high in some salons but it was really affordable. Thank you for making me look so pretty! read more

I am so grateful I found this place! First I went to JCPenney salon and they completely messed my hair up. I had to reach out to one of the stylists here at the loft salon for help. Luckily I found Kianna and she saved my hair! It was so dead on the ends (after only one visit at JCPenney). Please understand that I never let anyone touch my hair, and the one time I did (at Jcpenny) they killed it. Kianna fixed my hair completely and I can never express my appreciation!! Thank you. I am posting pictures for proof of how amazing this place is. I uploaded what I went to Jcpenny wanting, what they did to my hair, and how Kianna saved my hair!! As a business owner you are responsible to ensure the people that work at your business are professional individuals. What she shared with you on poor payment and communication is completely false. I would be happy to share all the text communication if you wish to see. Never did I receive full highlights or color corrections. This continues to show her unprofessional and childish behavior as she can't take ownership of her actions. Never did I have an issue paying for any service Again unprofessional and childish Kayla needs to grow up and take responsibility. I moved down here from the Bay Area (in 2019) where I had been seeing the same stylist for over 20 years. I initially landed in San Diego and began my due diligence of finding a new hairdresser...because what is more important than that? Three stylists later and a lot of money wasted on terrible color and bad haircuts, there I was. I eventually moved out to Temecula and began the whole process again of hunting for a hairdresser (with little enthusiasm), combing through websites, Instagram pictures, and a lot of reviews. I decided to try Mary Ferris at The Loft Salon and Oh. My. Gosh, literally got thee best haircut I have ever had. Ever. I have long, thick hair and have been asking for that "tons of layers" haircut and not one stylist, including my girl in the Bay Area, could figure it out, until now. Ms. Mary Ferris is a hair artiste! She listened carefully and gave me an epic haircut. Exactly what I asked for. Suffice it to say if I move back up North, or even out of state, I will be flying to wherever Mary is to get my hair done...Mary, you can never retire! Went here to get a new haircut about five weeks ago. I basically wanted a short bob with layers and came out with a pixie with long layers. After sitting in the chair for approximately four hours, I finally told the hair stylist to "just cut it all off" since it was such a mess! I thought I would give it a month to grow some, now I have a helmet head on top, uneven layers all over my head, and I'm afraid to go anywhere to try to get it fixed!! I am so inconsistent with getting haircuts but when I do get them, I only go to The Loft and see Tiffany! She makes me feel so comfortable and doesn't try to sell me on any products or tell me how damaged my hair is. Recently she used some amazing products on me and I walked out of the store purchasing shampoo! She makes my hair look and feel so healthy after every cut. I also just purchased the same straightener she used on my hair because it made my hair look and feel so smooth and shiny.
