My stylist, Kelly, gave me the best haircut I have had in years! They say, "the more perceptive the stylist, the better the hair." We didn't discuss many personal things, but something in her sensed exactly what I needed with my new haircut. I didn't even know myself until I saw it. She has great finesse and a keen eye. Because my hair has been so long for years and I rarely cut it, I encouraged her to just chop it all off so long as I can tie it up! When I saw the resulting length I did not believe it would go up, but indeed it went in my high ponytail, layers and facial framing all in one! This Supercuts has a relaxing and clean environment. Customer service rating zero. I used to go to this place for past several years and I had good experience but thing has changed now. I made an appointment at 1:00 PM and when I arrived the lady told me I am not in their computer and also she said there are 2 other person have appointments at 1;00 PM . The attitude was very bad and she told me to wait for 45 minutes. I left and got her cut at the barber shop next to sushi place and it was great. Waited half an hour for the two girls to let us know they needed to take a break and that they couldn't be seen for another hour instead of letting us know half an hour in advance. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The manager, Kelly, is hands down the most unprofessional and careless stylist I have ever encountered. Not only did she rush through our haircuts, but she also ignored what her own stylist had done, completely botching the final result. My hair was left uneven and FAR shorter than what I had asked for. Her lack of professionalism goes beyond just a bad cut. She gripped my face, pulled on it, and even put her finger in my sister's ear--completely unacceptable and beyond disgusting. When washing my hair, she didn't bother to use a drape, leaving my clothes soaked. To top it off, she used the same comb on multiple clients without cleaning it and left cut hair all over the top of my head. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. Made an 11:10 check in on line, and when I showed up at 11:10, I was told there was an hour and a half wait. The stylist said she didn't know why it allowed me to make that check in time, when she had blocked off they were busy. Then I got an email 35 minutes later asking me how they did. I love Danica and I loved Stephanie. But I'll never go again and I've been going here years. Kelly, the manager, is so incredibly rude and bullish. She insists the staff always ask clients pay in cash - I watched her one time make snide comments to a member of staff who she thought didn't ask for cash (she did, I heard her). "I guess I need to make a sign cos you keep forgetting". I made an appointment today because I had other appointments to get to, and when I got there I was told 2 ahead of me. She ends up calling 3 people ahead of me and it was 25 minutes past my appointment time. I left then and she mocked me when I left. Avoid the Manager Kelly!! All the other staff are amazing! Last 2 times coming in here I receive attitude and coldness from this "manager." Last month I walked in (no reservation) and she asked if I had a reservation, i said no. She said they were only taking reservations. I told her I've been going to Supercuts for 20 years and always walked in. Then she put me in but said there would be a wait. Then I went in yesterday Saturday with my daughter around 1045. This time I used the app to make appointments for the both of us at 11am. It was just Kelly working and currently dying a woman's hair with 2 people waiting. She told me that they were behind and someone else is coming in at 11am. Kelly goes on to tell her customer that she has been at this location 6 years, but 13 years total with Supercuts. Before that she worked at a Chanel counter for like 3 years. Then Taylor showed up at 11am and started helping out. I unfortunately got Kelly for myself and my daughter. When she was cutting my hair she didn't like me tilting my head forward and never asked if I wanted square or round. Felt super rushed. Then when she cut my 10 year olds hair she started by shampooing her. When she sat her in the seat and began combing her hair, Kelly started complaining that my daughters hair had a lot of knots and asked if we used conditioner. Questioning me in front of everyone. Her hair was combed and great until she washed it. Kelly was visibly annoyed and not happy combing hair for a few minutes. She was getting upset at my daughter for moving her head when Kelly violently jerked her head by combing her hair so roughly. I made an appointment for my 4yr old appointment was scheduled for 1:15pm. when we arrived and checked in there was one stylist cutting a clients hair, She told me to take a seat. there were no other stylist and no other clients we were the only ones in the waiting area. Shortly after there were two gentlemen checking In who were walk ins. A stylist came from the back and took one of the men and we continued to wait . My child then needed to use the restroom and we came out and there was another stylist cutting the other man's hair by now it had been over 20 minutes waiting and they had took everyone but my daughter . Looks like the lady that told us to check in was the manager she had no regard for our appointment time and didn't care much that we had an appointment or that I expressed my frustration . This is my third time getting a haircut here and these girls NEVER disappoint! Irma was wonderful and did my hair exactly how I wanted while still giving me recommendations on what she feels would best suit me. I did feel really bad since she was the only person working that morning so this poor girl was cutting my hair while answering phone calls, checking in customers and greeting walk ins. Quick and efficient. Kids haircuts are about the same price as you'd get in a salon. But one cut had a nickel sized dent in the side of the head which she didn't point out or offer to fix so we only saw it at home. I would have just gone shorter to match if I'd been given the option. The other had several strands of hair sticking out where the undercut was supposed to be. So if I needed something in a hurry I might come back, but otherwise I'd probably stick to getting my kids cut at my own salon next time. read more

I had the pleasure of having a stylist by the name of Mysti cut my hair on 12/20 as well as 4/29. On both occasions she cut it exactly as I wanted it cut. I've had other stylists in the past tell me my hair would not look good cut the way Mysti cut it for me. I am so happy with my haircut, with this Supercuts location and DEFINITELY with Mysti. She's so friendly, outgoing and has such a positive personality!! This is my new go to place for my haircu. read more

My daughter and I usually wait to go in for trims until Lexie is working. She does a great job and is very sweet. And she does what you ask for. Well my daughter wanted her hair trimmed so even though Lexie wasn't working today we went in and some girl with a nose piercing, glasses and teal/blue hair cut my daughters hair and butchered it. If I could give this Supercuts zero stars I would have. I just wanted a simple trim and I hadn't made an appointment and they were able to get me in within 15 minutes so that was fine. The woman who works on Saturday in the station immediately next to the cash register was the one who did my haircut. She asked if I wanted a shampoo and I said sure. When she was washing my hair she was extremely rough and "threw" my head from side to side. It was basically then that I knew I was in trouble. When she sat me in the styling chair she asked how I wanted it cut and I said a little more than an inch and tiny wisps of hair on the neckline in the back and up over my ears on the sides since I have short hair. She ended up doing a block type cut and did long wisps in the back and it wasn't over my ears. It was like $39 total and when I got home my daughter said I looked the same as I did before my haircut. Lastly I wanted to mention that she stabbed me on the back of my neck when she was cutting my hair. I got the distinct feeling that she had no idea what she was doing. Kim can't cut long hair evenly! Don't go here! She was very rough when wetting my hair and left my hair dripping wet when I left, didn't bother to have me towel dry it. I asked for the cut to be fixed, but they wouldn't help me at all because I was at the 7th day. When I had called prior in the week I was not told that there's a time line to fix the cut, I had went on vacation and was working when I returned so I didn't have time to fix it until the 7th day. I come to this location on occasion to get a trim here and there. I came in during my lunch hour and there was a super sweet girl working. There were two appointments ahead of me, one in the chair and one sitting in the waiting area. She was super quick with the cuts ahead of me. I did not wait long at all which was great since I was in a time crunch. Once it was my turn, we talked over my trim. She sprayed down my hair to cut it wet and trimmed off the perfect amount, about an inch. The cut was really quick and it did feel like she mostly focused on the back of my head but I was pleased when I left! I tipped her $20 on a $28 haircut because her vibes were so good. When I washed my hair this evening I noticed my hair is pretty uneven in the front with even a few pieces that were completely missed. (I made sure to NOT mess with my part, since my hair is parted down the middle) I am not mentioning any names to not get the gal in trouble but I am only leaving this review in hopes that it's helpful to her. I will still come back for my next trim and I corrected what I could with my own shears. read more

I don't even know how to explain how happy I am with my hair! Every time I come into Supercuts, I leave happy. The stylists here know what they're doing. Every time I come in, they are not only super nice, but they always share their tips and tricks so that I can re-create their look at home. I always have Bree do my hair. Not only is she so personable and funny, but her styling skills are AMAZING. She is so helpful in deciding what might be best for my hair type, the season and my vision. She is so talented! Each time I think I have pictured what I think my hair will look like, Bree stuns me and I am left with an even prettier result than what I envisioned. She also makes sure to ask about your hair history, your previous color, and your hair upkeep in order to not only leave your hair beautiful, but to keep it healthy and safe during treatment! Today, Bree was with a client so Maddie and Mariah helped me and did a Balayage on my hair this morning. Once again, I left happy as a clam! Love hate relationship with this place, while they usually give good haircuts BUT there is always a wait even with an appointment

The stylists at this salon don't know how to do wedge or diagional back haircuts. I requested this style and was told they don't know how to do it. I also spent 20 minutes watching a stylist redo a customer's haircut because a younger stylist couldn't do it. The customer had requested a high and tight cut that the young stylist didn't know how to properly do. They need to train their staff better on how to do various hair cuts. I went to Fantastic Sam's and finally got my wedge hair cut. At least they know how to do it! read more

Supercuts is where you can go for mediocre results. Simple blow dry results looks like what I do when I dry my hair with towel and straighten it with a cheap hair straightener. If you can't blow dry hair straight (which I have done in many other salons) without a hair straightener yo' hairdressers need more training. My hair ends looked dryer than ever! Also super expensive for a blow dry especially for a super cut. I'd recommend going to the near by Salon Lex instead. For the same price, you'll get better results read more
