Well, I require like an eight minute haircut, a number one around the noggin! I was in Banning yesterday and I walked into a " GREAT CLIPS" and the friendly barber yelled out: " Can I help you, sir?" To which I replied: "How much for a quick buzz cut around this head?" She said: $34.00 and I responded: "Thank you, I'll be back with a cosigner! Whenever I need a haircut, (which is about every six weeks) I check the SHOP that's nearest to my car in the parking lot at various malls, etc. It's amazing the prices I get quoted. I figured it takes eight minutes and $20 would be a little steep because then you wanna leave a tip as well. I got lucky because when I walked through that front door today, the lovely woman that greeted me showed me the menu and said: "But with that head, I'll do it for a discount. Please wait and have a seat." Alas, finally someone with a marketing brain who saw a chance to pick up a couple of extra shekels! I have my own clippers, but I usually can't do as good a job and I kinda like my ears intact! So I got in and out of there in eight minutes, and it cost me about half the price I was quoted yesterday, including a tip! Ding dong! I think I found my NEW denoginizer! read more

Haven't had my haircut in at least a couple years and decided to do a walk in later afternoon on a Saturday. Kyra immediately came up to check me in and had me seated right away. She listened to what I asked for, asked many questions and walked me through everything she did, step by step. Love coming to this location to get my sons and husbands hair cut. The fact you can check in at home and monitor the waiting time prior to even getting in the car is awesome. Upon arrival the girls are so welcoming and friendly. Today when I brought my son, she did an awesome job, communicating with both him and me about what we wanted done to his hair. We came in as walk in and they entertained us fast and got my kids haircuts right away. I like their friendliness and quickness but wasn't too happy with the haircuts. My daughters hair wasn't that straight when trimmed at the back, cut too short and told them to fix bangs but it looked the same. The manager this year will not honor it & told me the managers in the past must have gotten in trouble. I am forced to give one star but my family has been coming to this great clips for over 5 years. This past year we have had horrible experiences. Every time we go, there are new hires and we have slowly had worse and worse haircuts. Yesterday my daughter went and asked for layers and she hacked her hair up. It's sad. Went in and Shannon was the one working.... I showed her 5 different times the cut I wanted ...... she didn't do it anywhere near what I wanted. Copped an attitude when I didn't want to spend 25$ MORE on a blow dry.. when I told her she wasn't doing my hair the way I wanted she got an even bigger attitude. Was rough with my hair and rude to me. I wasn't going to come back.../ but my friend convinced me to go in and talk to someone the next day. And thankfully I did. Tristen was in. And she has done my hair and husband and sons hair before and she knew what she was doing when it came to this particular style! It was like night and day the service I received. In my opinion Shannon needs to go back to school and get some more education both on how to cut hair, and how to treat customers. But I am so so so thankfully for Tristen! This place is fabulous! Tristan is my favorite, but they're all great! Because I have boys, they need their hair trimmed every 6 weeks and there's hardly any waiting and they do an amazing job. They listen to my concerns before we start and offer solutions to cowlicks and trying new styles. They cut my girl's hair too and they always know what I'm talking about then I'm describing layering or tapering. I definitely recommend them!! I've gotten a cut from just about everyone there and everytime i have gotten my hair butchered. One was so bad and she knew it, that she didnt charge me. Its a pretty simple mens cut: a number one fade, low, inch off the top. Yesterday i specifically said i didn't want a high fade so there wouldnt be any confusion. That i like it low on account of having a bad cowlick. That and i only wanted a little off the top. What did i end up with? A marine corps high and tight. Done with this place. My husband and two small boys were never welcomed in, we stood at the desk for 8 min waiting for a check in and when it was our turn the lady at the check in desk called the person who just walked in the door to cut in front of us and checked him in. I placed my brother on the list.... 6 customers came in with in a 15 minute period and all were served prior to my brother. When I inquired as to what was going on they said all of them checked in online! What kind of experience is that for a new client? We felt absolutely ostrisized! Why didn't anyone explain that to us prior to having us wait? A client that is sitting in your store should not be served after others walk in. That is rediculous!
