Good find @ Ulta in Medford, OR. I wasn't sure what I'd be getting for a birthday gift, but you can't go wrong with a gift card! I was also happy to find a cute sunscreen set with bag for summer! Friendly employee when checking out. My friend loved it all, thank you.

Don't sleep on Ashley G. I'm new to the area from CA! I've had a horrible time trying to secure a stylist. It's bad luck or work ethic but stylists keep canceling her. In desperation i called Ulta after another stylist canceled. I needed a color correction because I dyed it myself after the last stylist cancels. I saw Ashley G was a Master Colorist- whatever that means, hopeful she had experience to just put some blonde on top until we could figure out the disaster of my hair She is amazing! She fixed my hair, gave me this gorgeous buttery blonde. (I keep asking for but getting icy-which does not look good on my skin tone) She killed it. Can't wait to go back and see her for more summer blonde and a good haircut! I've always been leery of this salon box types but Ashley G restored my faith and I love the flexibility of the hours she is available!

Before hair blowout

I have very curly, mixed-racial hair, and I tried many local salons and always had a really bad experience and couldn't find some that could do a proper blowout for my hair. They will always make feel embarrassed about how curly and frizzy my hair was and how much hair I have. I came today for a blowout with Julia! And OMG! I finally found my person!! She did an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable! She took the time and my hair looked amazing. I wish I had a better before picture. She will definitely see me again

I had an awful experience at this salon. First they cut a chunk of my hair off on one side (see pics). I cannot put it in a ponytail which I need to for my work. I will be dealing with this for MONTHS! I assumed it was an accident so I called to talk about it. The salon manager advised me to email her pics and to come in. She was not there when I came in so I spoke to the store manager. She assured me she would call me back and process a refund. Skip forward to a week later. No phone call, no refund. I called back and the salon manager was not there so I spoke with the store manager again. I told her I was very unhappy with my hair and upset about how they were handling the situation. She gave me excuses. She should have taken care of it or delegated it to someone else. She finally said my refund would be ready at the cashier area. Normally everyone in the store is very friendly. They were not friendly when I picked up my refund. Really how hard is it for a STORE manager to complete a refund. I can't believe I had to go through all that because THEY messed up MY hair! So not only did I have to fight for a refund I have to DEAL WITH MESSED UP HAIR DAILY!!!! For months.....

As a former patient from ten years ago, I was happy and content to have a consultation with Dr…read moreKreul for a hip indent fat grafting. However, upon interaction he seemed cold, off and needless to say; no genuine thrilled from seeing a return patient (from ten years!)... In short, I felt body shamed; him stating I was too fat based on BMI- (liability), to be treated in his office. Mind you, I have no underlining conditions nor nothing imminent that will scream red flags. His way for me to "run" was to hit me a pricey 8k which included to be intubated at a Asante facility which means more fees. He's word's were contradicting he said you gained a significant lot of weight (No sh*t! I was 16O# ten years ago, plus I had 3 more kids). Followed by "there's no fat left"... um okay. so, am I fat or not fat enough, that part was frustrating to me since he seemed contradicting. (For the record, it's not my first rodeo in getting surgery, I've had at least a total of 4 different surgeries; tummy tuck from Dr Kreul breast augmentation with a lift and gastric bypass surgery both from Tijuana in two separate occasions, lastly, a BBL from Miami). If anything he judged me based on what the scale stating 211lb., keep in mind his scale doesn't distinguish how much is fat; let alone, how much is muscle. To which I informed him that and he agreed on. I see a Nutritionist on a monthly basis (one peak medical), and we're focusing on "bulking up" meaning increase my Protein, lean meats and low carb diet. Recently, I gained two pounds of muscle!! but how would Dr Kreul know if he judged me based on what his "scale"- no labs or condition for him to assess me on the spot. I don't think that was a fair judgement let alone assessment. His MA and front desk ladies that attended me were amazing and wonderful. Those two Latina ladies were genuine, friendly and made me felt welcome. The financial coordinator Kim, is cool but dry, no better way for me to say it, yet that may be due to her role as a financial coordinator/ office manager. In addition, as a visual learner and current MBA student; I've provided Kim, some insight onsite in regard to her misleading treatment plan. When it comes to presenting a treatment plan; the bottom line is and should be that.. the bottom line. No need to re highlight based on what was summarized above it's misleading. Whether she understood what I meant or not, not my concern but I was giving her an insight to which I'm sure other's would appreciate and may hesitate to ask.

Dr Kreul and all of his staff are so amazing! He gave me realistic goals as to what to expect from…read morethe tummy tuck I got. His work far exceeded my expectations! His entire office staff is so kind and easy to work with, from the first visit to all of the follow up visits. After dealing with lifelong body issues, I finally feel amazing and comfortable in my own skin. This has been such a life changing experience, I am so thankful I found his office!

Now we have MAC counters all over the United States and we were lucky enough to get MAC in Medford as a Leased department within Macys. The MAC employees here are just that- MAC employees. They are not Macys at all - just to be clear, because I know sometimes people get frustrated that they can't have other items from the store rang there. They lease space from Macys- just like the Sunglass Hut and Finish Line shoes also lease space from Macys. That be said - the crew here is awesome. Their training is absolutely top notch. They have so much knowledge about trends and makeup fashion, they are often ahead of the curve and it allows me as a customer to get the coolest things before it launches everywhere else. I came to check out the very limited Selena collection today. It was gorgeous- and now this evening I guess most of it is sold out. MAC always hits the mark on the pulse of cosmetics. While I was shopping I saw they have a cute Trolls collection- going along with the movie coming out. I also checked out the newest Viva Glam from Ariana Grande- super pretty. I love the line- the eyeshadows are some of my all time favorites and I swear by their undereye color corrector for my purple circles. I've turned so many people on to how to color correct genetic dark circles with their easy to learn concepts- maybe I should be buying stock - lol! I will continue to shop at this location because of how much service I get from this crew. I've never gotten bad service no matter who was working and I appreciate that. I've shopped at MAC counters all up and down the west coast and this small little location here is just as, if not more talented than any of the big cities I've shopped. I can't wait for the holiday collection to launch and they also told me today that there's a brand new Mariah Carey collection coming this Christmas too- can't wait! A cosmetic junkie can never have enough lipsticks and eyeshadow!

Wish I could give less stars. This is the worst MAC I have ever been to. Walked in and not one of…read morethe 4 or 5 people greated me (every store I have ever been to before every single person has, now I didn't expect everyone to) a couple of the employees clearly saw me but said nothing. Two were busy which was totally fine. The other seems to be just standing around. After a couple minutes I was finally acknowledge. The employee was very nice and I did a transaction and left. I went to the near by UD counter and bought a product the exact same at mac but cheaper so I went to go return it. Waited in line for about five minutes and when I got up there the girl just walked away with out a word!!! Eventually I got to the counter, employee again was very nice until I mentioned my return. The attitude changed REAL QUICK. Was cold and got kinda rude. Won't go back.
