I ordered the $150 in advance extensions with the promise of them being put in That week.This was on Monday. I was told I'd hear back by Friday for sure and to text if I didn't. Well I sure didn't. So I texted. Nothing. Finally heard back the following Monday that just said "remind me of when you need it" Really? So I knew right away how unprofessional they were. Set up the appt to get them in. She was 20 min late. They were put in. Set up the 3rd appt to have them moved up and root blending. I realized after setting up the appt that I'd be driving from out of town that day. I immediately wrote and asked if I could make the appt just a couple hours later so I didn't have to rush back from out of state. No acknowledgement or replies unless it has to do with them getting money. So I showed up on time for the appt. THEN she wrote at appt time and said SHE was going to be 30 minutes late haha. Well it ended up being 40 minutes late!! After I had asked a couple weeks before to have it later. So I wasted 40 minutes of my time waiting. Then I was told the lightener would take 30 minutes. Her friend got there partway through that and she just disappeared into the back. 30 minutes came and went. 45 minutes. 1 hour?! Finally she came back and said oh sorry well actually it will be another 45 minutes. 30 minutes is very different from 1.5 hours! I had to go outside to call and rearrange my entire schedule. Finally I was taken back to rinse. I saw the chair was all wet already but figured at this point who cares. I sat down and soon realized why it was wet. She literally sprayed water down my entire back. My shirt was actually dripping wet. I don't know if they were just never trained on how to rinse hair (seems basic?) or if the rinse bowl sucks but I had to leave soaking wet. She tried to towel me off and blow dry it. On top of all that MY HAIR TURNED bright ORANGE. They clearly have no training. They just said they didn't know how it could have happened. Probably because you don't know how to do hair. So I finally leave. I was taking a very gentle hair shower 2 days later and lo and behold the hair extension just fell out. I followed all hair care instructions to a t. It had not been put in correctly at all. I've talked to several other people with hair exprensions and all have said that never happens. Only if it wasnt put in correctly and if it was done by some very inexperienced . I reached out to ask them to have it placed again since it only lasted TWO DAYS. I reached out on JUNE 9th and they didn't get back to me until JUNE 16th to try to "fix" it. HORRIBLE experience. They are scammers and unprofessional and will be reported. They should not be touching anyone's hair. And yes, I have all texts, photos, and even video of all this

Ive known Whitney for years and she has always had killer hair. So, naturally when I came into town for a visit it was a given to call her. On the first visit Whitney was able to correct and condition a previous color job. She also blended my hair so that my greys would grow in naturally. My expectations of the visit and color were far exceeded. The salon staff was friendly, easy going and it was a fun atmosphere. 2nd visit, 6 months later...boom!!! Whatever she did the first time I hope she does it again and again. You never could tell that my grey had come back. It blended naturally with the remainder of my hair. I honestly was shocked and messaged Whitney on a regular basis to tell her how great my hair still looked. Just had it redone for a wedding and again it looks insane epic. It's hard to trust people with hair. But I'm glad to have found a great place. Photos shown without glasses are on 2nd visit. Photos with glasses are just days before my 2nd visit with 6 months of grow out.
