The girl who assisted me didn't even say hello or anything -- she just scanned the barcode and handed me my order. So rude to customers. Then, as I was leaving the store, the alarm went off -- the one that beeps when someone supposedly steals something. I kept walking because I knew I hadn't done anything wrong. She just said, "You're good." Honestly, shame on you for treating people like that. We know employees can trigger that alarm on purpose to make it seem like someone's stealing. Do better, Ulta. If I needed your help the first time I would have asked. One of the girls working there looked to be re stocking when I came around the corner , she just looked at me up and down. I smiled of course, but that didn't seem to matter... lol anyways I was wanting to look at the stuff that she was restocking and so I went up and I said excuse me is there a tester for this and she said the body wash and I said no the lotion... then she just said "OK" and walked away. There was in fact no tester that I saw. If you hate working in retail, why are you still working there?? The girls on the register were very nice. That's why they get the two stars. I have been a MAC customer since 1994. I worked at Nordstrom for 20 years and we had the exclusive…read moreMAC contract and it got me hooked. Now we have MAC counters all over the United States and we were lucky enough to get MAC in Medford as a Leased department within Macys. The MAC employees here are just that- MAC employees. They are not Macys at all - just to be clear, because I know sometimes people get frustrated that they can't have other items from the store rang there. They lease space from Macys- just like the Sunglass Hut and Finish Line shoes also lease space from Macys. That be said - the crew here is awesome. Their training is absolutely top notch. They have so much knowledge about trends and makeup fashion, they are often ahead of the curve and it allows me as a customer to get the coolest things before it launches everywhere else. I came to check out the very limited Selena collection today. It was gorgeous- and now this evening I guess most of it is sold out. MAC always hits the mark on the pulse of cosmetics. While I was shopping I saw they have a cute Trolls collection- going along with the movie coming out. I also checked out the newest Viva Glam from Ariana Grande- super pretty. I love the line- the eyeshadows are some of my all time favorites and I swear by their undereye color corrector for my purple circles. I've turned so many people on to how to color correct genetic dark circles with their easy to learn concepts- maybe I should be buying stock - lol! I will continue to shop at this location because of how much service I get from this crew. I've never gotten bad service no matter who was working and I appreciate that. I've shopped at MAC counters all up and down the west coast and this small little location here is just as, if not more talented than any of the big cities I've shopped. I can't wait for the holiday collection to launch and they also told me today that there's a brand new Mariah Carey collection coming this Christmas too- can't wait! A cosmetic junkie can never have enough lipsticks and eyeshadow!

I hesitated to write this review; I gave this doctor numerous chances to correct the issue and…read moreconcerns I had over my breast augmentation and lift. The time has come to leave a review, and warn every person seeking to enhance their appearance, to stay far away from this doctor. First, he has the personality of a doorknob. Which is great, if his artistic talent compensated for the lack of personality and bedside manner. But when this doctor cannot listen to your concerns, be passionate about making women look great, or even attempt to make a pair of breasts look even during a lift, the lack of personality factors into the conclusion, that it's time to retire. The staff are great. Dr. Jensen's wife, Amy is great. Very talented with fillers and Botox. I highly recommend Amy Jensen for fillers. But, you want a great pair of breasts? Go anywhere but here. Go to Vegas. Go to Portland, or California. Heck, just go buy a push up bra and call it a day. Anywhere but here. I'd be happy to send you before & after pictures of his work on me, if you're a female looking for breast enhancement. Then you could determine this surgeons lack of artistic talent for yourself.
