I had a hair appt with Justyne, she was running late and was courteous enough to send me a text to let me know. My hair appt was over 3 hours long and not once did she make me feel rushed. She took her time and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I went in being nervous and a little on edge because I never get my hair done but I am very happy with my hair and her overall kindness and professionalism. I've seen Justyne a few times for balayage and all I can say is that she is A M A Z I N G!!! I have extremely thick, coarse, and difficult to manage hair and I'm very picky with what's done with it. Justyne tackled it like a pro and literally did magic on it! Every time! This is the lightest my hair has ever been and I honestly didn't know it possible for my hair to be this light without being completely fried. Justyne uses an extra vitamin serum(I don't remember exactly what) with every color treatment at no extra cost and it has done wonders for my hair. In the past I've had stylists charge more and just to fry my hair I drive from Medford to Grants Pass to see her because she's that good. She's happy to fix anything you're not happy with and is so sweet and fun to chat with. & not to mention her prices are great! Came in to have my nails done. The girl was OK. However the overall vibe is unappealing. The smell of product is so intense it should be considered a health hazard. Literally could not breath. The shop is basically filled with a bunch of freelance operators, so there's no manager. No one seems to know much of anything. Between the smell and the lack of service, not going back. Especially when there is actually a lot of talent at other shops. read more

My first appointment with Justyne she had to reschedule, which is common for this woman. Had an appointment with Justyne and it was absolutely awful. I wanted a balyage and I was out of there in an hour and a half with the worst job possible done to my hair. The blonde did not fade at ALL, there were straight lines from where she had put the blonde. Also, she charged me extra for a haircut that I didn't even want. She asked if I wanted a certain cut or just a trim, and I said I didn't want it cut at all. She went ahead and cut it anyway and then charged me extra for it. I showed her the pictures of the monstrousity she had done to my hair and it was embarrassing so I asked for an appointment for her to fix it. I made another appointment with her and she had forgotten all about the appointment. I had to go in with a different hairdresser there to get it fixed. And then finally, out $340 dollars, and fried hair later my hair looks kind of what I wanted it to look like. Absolute dissapointed and disgusted in the fact that Justyne thought that was okay to do to my hair. read more
