I truly liked the vibe in this place the moment I entered the salon. It was upbeat and casual. Kelsey is a blessing as a hair dresser. She truly listens to what you're saying and does her best, checking in along the way to make sure she's on the same page as you. She's honest with how your actual hair structure will match the picture you have, either in your mind or on your phone. She's sweet and funny and will give you an honest opinion to the questions you have concerning your hair, style, texture, etc. She's easy to schedule an appointment with and will try to accommodate. Kelsey is AMAZING! I have been on quite the journey with my hair after another stylist turned it green from a bleach bath. I spent hundreds on high end stylists attempting to have the color corrected. It was still green. In a desperate attempt I walked into En V Salon (which I had never been to) to see if anyone there could help me. Kelsey immediately stepped up and made space for me later in the week before my upcoming vacation and was soooo accommodating. Not only did she remove the green in ONE very reasonably priced session, she gave me the cut and style and rich color I have wanted for so long but could never find anyone to achieve it. She really has a talent for bringing out your personality and confidence in your hair. The cherry on top? She's hilarious and so easy to talk to. If I could give 6 stars I would. I received blotchy, uneven brassy and platinum highlights instead of the balayage service I paid for. She became very red in the face as she styled my hair, changing my part and curling my hair to camouflage the cheetah spots. When I washed and I styled my own hair the following day, I noticed the blotches all over, and especially noticeable in my part. I reached out to Pam to ask her to fix it before departing on a vacation and she insisted that she could not be expected to accommodate me. Trust is key in a relationship between hair styling and client and Pam tricked me and let me leave the salon with embarrassing hair. I wore a hat during my entire vacation and now she refuses to refund me! Also I just noticed that Pam reviewed her own salon below which is not a good sign. read more

I get my nails done by miss Samantha Costan and I couldn't be happier!!!!! She's amazing!!! I always get compliments on her work.
