She's also very personable and efficient. The studio is also super cute. I can't say enough good things!

I entered the salon on a Friday in March, and since I'm still here, I bet it will be August by the time I'm done. In the amount of time it took the pedicurist to do two feet, I aged 40 years, my kids graduated college, and a woman was finally elected to the Presidency. Jesus Christmas, this salon is a mess of molasses in winter time. Maybe it's Medford. Maybe they just hire super slow people from the resource center. Whatever it is, only go here should you wish to experience what it feels like for time to stand still and you loooove to be bored to tears.

Debbie is AMAZING. She is the most knowledgeable hair dresser I have ever been to. On top of that…read moreshe has the patients of Jobe. In December I went to see her for the first time. I wanted to get a perm on my very long hair. I had not cut it since 2012 when I retired. Needless to say I didn't do much with it either. Frankly it was in Very bad condition and I hated it. I had promised my husband when I retired I would let it grow, and so I did. If I tried to curl it withing 10 minutes it was straight again. So I thought maybe a perm would help. So I went to see Debbie. The poor girl spent hours rolling my hair. (look at the picture she has posted) Once done it was better, but it was so heavy it still pulled a lot of the curl out. I still hated it. I finally convinced my husband that it would look better if I had some of it cut. He agreed. However since Debbie had worked so hard and stressed out so much, I was hesitant to call her I didn't want to hurt her feelings. It wasn't her fault I didn't like my hair. She did everything right. A couple of weeks went by and Debbie called me to check up and see how I was liking my perm. (In over 50 years I have never had a hair dresser call me just to see how I liked what they had done) I admitted I didn't like like it and wanted to get it cut shorter. She was very OK with that so I made another appointment with her. I am so happy I did. I now love my hair again. It is so easy to care for and always looks great. I sure hope she doesn't plan on retiring EVER! (Just kidding) I will never go to another hairdresser as long as she is around.
