My wife had a pretty poor experience with Nails by Hannah today. I told Hanna I didn't know if my wife wanted shellac or gel or what not because frankly I didn't know. It just seems unprofessional not to bring other materials or schedule enough time for proper services. And if your client tells you her feet are cold turn up the water ffs. The Serendipity sisters... Lindsay and Melissa. Both are superb and what they do. Melissa does hair phenomenally and Lindsay is remarkable at nails a complex nail art... (all by hand). I had the absolute worst nail experience ever with nail tech Hannah! Do not waste your money on her!! Got there and she wasn't set up. Asked "Alexa" to play music as she left the room to go get her stuff for the apt and started blaring rap music using the N word many times. She returned and lowered the volume but continued to play the same explicit music. Initially she asked me to sit in the chair and pick out my color. She only has gel btw. I told her I would like regular polish because gel is damaging but that isn't something she offers. Moving on, this apt didn't start by soaking my cuticles or heels in warm water. She just went right to the shaping and painting my nails. I asked if she was going to soak my feet and she said that she does that at the end. This is the complete opposite of any other pedicure I have ever had; Completely counter productive. Soaking your feet allows for your skin to soften so I am extremely confused by her method and frankly strongly disagree. So I sat there with ice cold toes and let her finish painting. Then once she turned on the water she asked me if it was warm enough. I told her no but she didn't turn the temperature up. Then she scrubbed my feet and heels for about 5 minutes and then applied lotion after. Didn't even give me a foot massage. The biggest waste of $65 I have ever spent! I have been getting amazing haircuts and colors by Cameron since 2006. She always knows just how to do my hair perfectly. I am partial to an a-line bob style and it is always the best. A lot of hairstylists don't really get this haircut but Cameron does. I always try to go to her for haircuts even though I have moved far away the past couple years. read more

It was my first time in years getting my hair done. It was nice. Camron did an awesome job. Love my new hair color. Highlights look great.

My review is not based on the service I received at this salon, but the fact that I never got a call back from them after I called them to make an appointment. I had a detailed conversation with the lady that answered the phone, I even told her what kind of haircut I wanted and we discussed potential times that would work for me, which would work for them too, because I was told that they only see clients by appointment. My name is hard to get so I even spelled it out for her. I was assured that she will talk to her stylist who is currently with another client and they will call me back to make an appointment. I kept waiting for days but it never happened. I didn't go elsewhere to get a haircut because a co-worker had told me this is a great place to get a haircut, so I was waiting to hear back from Serendipity. If they could not accommodate me for some reason, they should have called me and informed me. read more
