I was surprised as this happened previously and when I went in for service the doctor said, oh no, you shouldn't pay a deposit, you are a regular! Today I was told I needed to pay a deposit and mentioned how this already happened and the doctor said I don't have to pay, but apparently they have a new policy, and she said I had to put down a deposit. I don't want to pay for a service until it's rendered and will find another place in the valley. I also do want to say Beth and Amy are amazing and I will miss seeing them.

But when this doctor cannot listen to your concerns, be passionate about making women look great, or even attempt to make a pair of breasts look even during a lift, the lack of personality factors into the conclusion, that it's time to retire. Result was no difference before procedure. Lips were not any fuller. When I expressed my disappointment on two separate occasions I was told this is the expected results with the first procedure and that as multiple lip fillers were added I would see a difference. The new doctor prescribed antibiotics and provided the correct protocol, which finally helped, but I am still not fully healed after two months. Based on this experience, I would not trust this clinic with my care or my family's care.

Had a horrible rash on my face and since he couldn't see me for about a week (which is understandable) I went to urgent care and started on prednisone. First words out of his mouth when he walks in are "It's the patient who's here for a rash and doesn't have a rash". I laughed it off because he had to be joking right? He then proceeds to tell me there is nothing he can do for me since i dont have a rash. I tell him I have pictures. He says "I dont diagnose based on pictures". I tell him he saw me for this rash before and the cream gave me a bad reaction, cant he give me something else. He says "but you dont have a rash now, why would I treat a rash you dont have?" I try to appeal financially, telling him it costs me a lot of money to see him. He says I can come back if the rash comes back. He tells me maybe it is some form of dermatitis that I can't remember the name of and that he treats it with an Antibiotic. I ask him to prescribe it for me, he says no because I don't have a rash. The bottom line is he had no desire to treat me. He made up his mind that I was wasting his time and so he wouldn't do anything for me. I am an RN in the valley and have been telling all of my coworkers, friends and family to avoid The Clinic for Dermatology and Wellness at all costs. I have worked with all sorts of doctors over the years and have never seen a patient treated with as little regard as I was treated by Joe Gatti.
