Had an exam, biopsy on a suspicious area, received results and they had me come in for…read more Liquid nitrogen and sent me home. The lab report stated that one area was impetiganized actinic keratosis, in other words bacteria. I was not given an antibiotic for the bacteria in the site and after several phone calls, I was told that it was probably taken care of, PROBABLY taken care of when they used the liquid nitrogen. Never did I get to talk to the assistant that performed the biopsy and the liquid nitrogen. I will never trust this business again and I certainly will spread the word about my experience.
