I was even happier when I left with a beautiful natural glow! I went back for another cryofacial plus a chemical peel from Lynn. I have attached my before and after pictures (no make up for either obv). I was nervous about being blotchy and red which I have heard is common right after chemical peels but again, Lynn did not disappoint! No redness, just a clear glow that even my boyfriend noticed (he's your typical guy who wouldn't even notice if I shaved my head). I did have a bit of trouble finding it because the numbers are hard to see. Once inside you're greeted by lovely clean smells and a bright interior. Everyone is super friendly and I love how they never push their products they sell in house (though they do have a great line, PCA and Jane Iredale). Anyways, go there if you want to treat yourself to a self care day and you'll leave feeling and looking amazing.

I originally went in for some hair removal treatments (which have worked famously!) and, while I was there, I asked if there was anything we could do for the discoloration from sun damage on my face, neck and chest. That's when Marla told be about BBL. To be honest, I was prepared to be underwhelmed by the BBL treatment but decided to give it a try anyway. WOW! I could not have been happier with the results. I appreciated how Marla didn't try to upsell me and how candid, but professional, she was about everything. And her prices are WAY more reasonable than the competition in town. Terry Foster's enzyme facials are SO relaxing and they do wonders for the skin too. I loved it so much I'm scheduling one a month.

They never told me that they had different size paddles if you will, not sure what they call em but when I confronted them about it they acted totally different so basically I felt I got cheated out of my hard working money & feel like they just pushed my concerns under the rug. So just be careful as I will never recommend this place to anyone I totally regret it. Do not let them do this to you, be careful and make sure they do what's discussed or promised such a rip off.... never again it makes me sad to feel ripped off. Yes they did the service but not for the Groupon price that was posted it just sucks!!! Unfortunately your response is NOT correct I was told at my check up that I did not need to come back "Oh yeah you look good so you don't have to come for the next appointment " so please don't say false statements I did not cancel!! I just know your not representing your self correctly that is all & it hurts me to tell this story but it's true sorry.

I am not sure how this is measured as that was not pointed out to me, only a photo comparison that looked very much like the beginning photo that was taken at the time I started the treatment. I walked away with the same spare tire and large abdomen that I started out with and a loss of my savings.

Couldn't get two appts at the same time but staff offered to book me a complimentary private steam shower while my friend has her appt so we could arrive together. Very nice offer and the service was impressive. Upon booking staff added the service to my friend's appt booking instead of mine but when we pointed it out so kindly said she would fix it. Cons: Both arrived on time and we informed the staff of the steam shower booking that was supposed to be fixed and noted, but staff went on to say bc it was not in my account she could not provide it unless the next person didn't show up. No apology and no offer of any comp for the mix up especially since my appt was not till later. Asked her to mention the mix up to whoever scheduled us for awareness as I was very disappointed and could have arrived later. Minutes later staff said "oh the next appt is yours to my friend" then said staff showed us to the dressing area. Staff then expressed to me it was probably the owner who booked the appt and that she had no plans to tell her of the mix up bc of that. I thought just the opposite and that constructive feedback is important for awareness especially so improvements could be made. Staff explained that she now was able to allow me to use the steam shower and that we could use it at the same time. Puzzled, I explained my friend was showering in it now and probably wanted her privacy. Waited again before using the shower but if that were the case I may have just arrived later. Experience was very unsettling for me and it showed a lack of good customer service ability to problem solve in situations such as this. Understand that mix ups occur but disappointed in the way it was handled. No complaints about the service itself as this review is mostly for the front staff experience the day of arrival.

It was my first time getting a massage from... a professional, I guess? And wow it was so amazing. My therapist was Vaia, and I think his was Brittany. They were both so nice, and after telling Vaia I had never had a real massage before she was understanding (I felt pretty lame going into such a fancy place not knowing what I'm doing or getting into) and nice and was asking me what kind of pressure I like and I said I didn't know, and she just said we'll see what happens and I could feel free to let her know what I needed and wanted, and what areas I want her to focus on, etc. I ended up just not even saying anything during the massage because it was just perfect all around! I knew about the lounge going in, and it's so relaxing. With the escape package we got some champagne and chocolates and got the whole "oasis club" area to ourselves for a whole hour. It's so lovely in there with the infra-red sauna, steam room, nice showers with great products you can try for yourself, and the Himalayan salt room which is my favorite part, and ended up being my husband's favorite too (even though at first he was skeptical and didn't understand what the point of a pit full of salt was)... Overall it was a really easy and nice experience scheduling and everything. It was such a lovely time. For my first spa experience I'm really really pleasantly surprised because I assumed it was going to be awkward! It was very relaxing. Definitely will get us another Christmas spa night next year (if not sooner...)!

We had been discussing throughout the massage that my knee is injured (Torn meniscus, arthritis, no cartilage) and that I couldn't fully straighten it without discomfort. At the very end, after she wrapped my feet in warm towels, she grabbed my leg and pulled ( traction) and it really hurt. I yelped out loud. She just sort of left the room. It completely ruined the massage, because now my knee was hurting. I said something to her once I came out of the room and she was there to greet me. I told her that she probably didn't mean to hurt me, but she did. No apology, she just told me to "take care" and hurried off. I'm a long time massage therapist and I would never have treated a client that way. Very disappointing to pay all that $$ and leave upset. I really enjoy the wellness lounge, though. That was the best part of the experience.
