Janet H. is carrying the great standard of quality that our beloved and admired Timothy built at Four Oaks Spa. My style/cut, highlight and root coverage was right ON. Thanks to Janet's artistry, talent/skill, and happy demeanor the transition was seamless. We'll be seeing each other for years..thank you Janet! read more

Janet cut my hair yesterday and I am totally in love with my new hairdo! She completely understood what I wanted. I have to admit that I was a bit nervous as this was the first time I was going to her for my haircut, but she was very professional and did a fantastic job! My past hairdresser Tim would be proud that she is carrying on his tradition of excellence and fabulous care for his clients! May he rest in peace. read more

Four Oaks Day Spa - My haircut and color from Timothy - Day Spas Near Me - Central Point, Oregon

I almost don't want to tell you how great my facial was because Monique was so amazing that I want to just keep her to myself. Since that wouldn't really be fair and I do want her to be able to excel at her career, I guess I will share with you. In the midst of a global pandemic I felt very safe and at ease. The spa is doing a wonderful job of keeping their clients safe. I would not hesitate to go back there again even during this crisis. It is one of the safest places you could venture out to right now. All of that aside, this was one of the best experiences of my life. I feel pampered. My skin feels amazing. Monique went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable, enjoyed my experience, explained products that she was using on me, ANDDDDDD... used organic / clean products that I can feel great about using. Monique has my business for sure and I look forward to being pampered at my next facial in a few months. You deserve it. Schedule your appointment with her now. You're going to thank yourself for it. read more

Four Oaks Day Spa - My glowing skin feels 5 years younger. Can I pass for being in my 20s? - Day Spas Near Me - Central Point, Oregon

This place is amazing. Tim, the owner, and a great hair colorist and stylist. I went there because I had a bad experience at another salon where they over permed and damaged my hair. Tim was able to correct it over a few sessions. Now I get frequent compliments on my hair color and hair style. Marcee at the shop is just super. I have had pedicures, manicures, waxing with her too read more

Absolutely terrible experience getting my haircut. The woman took creative freedom to do what she wanted, even after discussing what cut I desired. But she went ahead cut my hair short. I at least have four months of a grow up before I stop having it in my face Which it never was supposed to be cut to in my face anyway. Completely butchered. She got the owner involved and they didn't do anything and they never even said they were sorry and I paid full price. Save yourself the actual pain and crying of having your LONG hair cut VERY short. read more

I have been to Rebecca for eyebrow tinting and then a facial. From the moment we met, I felt comfortable and cared for. Rebecca is calm, warm and professional. She did a great job on my eyebrows so a few weeks later I booked the Radiance Facial with her. OMG such pampering! I have had experience with Eminence products before and they are top of the line. My face felt so clean and wonderful, my hands super soft, my shoulders totally relaxed and I walked out of there feeling fantastic. Book with Rebecca and you will be so very glad you did. read more

I had my hair cut by Julie and my hair is thick/curly and I have a hard time finding someone that can get it right for a good price usually. She did a great job! It was only $30 including shampoo, blow dry and straightening my hair. It only took an hour too! :) Very sociable in there also and nice environment! read more

I visited Four Oaks today for the first time. Renee Dees did a pedicure for me. She did a fabulous job! I requested that she pay attention to rough areas on my feet and she did just that. Great experience all around. She was great to interact with which is a plus too. read more

Lovely and clean environment. Great staff with knowledge and skill. I had an amazing facial. This is a place that takes care of their clients with first rate professionalism. read more

My daughter bought me a gift certificate for my birthday and I was too busy to use it...my fault...however when I tried to use it they told me "so sorry but it has expired." There was no documentation of an expiry date on anything I received so had no idea that it would not be valid. I hate to tell my daughter that I wasted her $150. I was not impressed with their customer service and they will not get my business after this experience. Beware...their gift certificates expire and they do not accommodate customers. read more

I've been going to Renee to get my hair and nails done and she's been great!! Definitely recommend her! The salon is also super cute and inviting! 5 Stars! :) read more

On a last minute whim, I just got an excellent facial here at Four Oaks. Thank you Judy! She was amazing. She carefully examined my skin, talked to me about my skincare regime, and explained what she was doing throughout my experience. I learned so much! She has a lot of experience, was trained in the Bay Area, and the prices were very reasonable. In additions, she actually tried to dissuade me from buying products she didn't think were necessary! I've never had that happen before! I would highly recommend her for a first time facial or for someone looking for a change. The spa itself is also clean and bright with a friendly receptionist. They use dermatologica products. read more

This is NOT a spa - forget relaxation, quiet music, or anything Zen. The employee standing by the front door smoking should have clued me to just keep on driving. The nail techs are in a tiny room in the back which I wouldn't have minded but for the fact one of them is very loud and discusses personal business with her colleagues as she works. I had the other girl, Wendy, who was nice and quiet when she realized I didn't want to talk but there wasn't much he could do when the other one came in and cackled and gabbed. It was awful. The spa pedicure is $50 and lasts for over an hour. However, the spa chairs do not have a massage feature and in order to adjust them, one has to tug and scooch it forward like a car seat. Wendy herself had a full set of nails, which she protected as she worked, resulting in very awkward use of polish/remover, potions, and instruments. As my toes were drying - and looked great - Wendy poured chemicals in the basin and tossed in the dirty instruments. She flipped on the jets and underneath my legs was a churning cauldron of chemicals and floating tools. My sinuses started to burn and I got up immediately. As soon as I could get my sandals on I left. An all-around bad experience. Look elsewhere. read more

I had a Pedicure and a full set of gel nails put on March 17th with Melissa. I left on a trip Thursday March 19th and by Sunday the 22nd the gels were lifting. I called the salon when I got back on Tuesday March 24th to see if Melissa could fix them ($75) I was told I would have to wait a week. She was not willing to squeeze me in to fix the couple that were lifting. Not great service considering I spent $100 that night plus a tip. I called today to schedule an appointment to have my hair colored with Ana who I have been going to every 6-8 wks since June 2014. My appointment was scheduled and as soon as I gave my name the person on the phone started acting weird. Then a few hrs later I get a call from the owner Tiffany saying they can't make me happy and I would not be a good fit and the salon as a whole didn't feel they could help me any longer. POOR customer service. I did nothing wrong. The owner Tiffany was rude when she called me to cancel and hung up on me when I tried to ask questions and my hair person Ana has nothing to do with my nail issue. I was over the nail issue just wanted to continue to have Ana do my hair. HORRIBLE way to run a business. I have never had problems in the past. But I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to them. POOR SERVICE!!!! read more

My mother scheduled a spa day at this wonderful spa for myself and my wedding party. We traveled to Oregon for a destination wedding at Crater Lake and my mother planned our entire spa day from Los Angeles. The receptionist was great to deal with very accommodating and welcoming. We had manicures, pedicures, facials and massages scheduled and everything felt amazing. We were given a little area in the back of the salon that the entire party could be together and talk without disturbing other treatments going on. They brought us snack trays to munch on throughout our treatments and had cucumber water at the ready. It was a lovely time spent with great people at a lovely spa. If I lived closer I would surely visit again. read more

Like this place and the products they use! They do a nice job on pedicures, but if your going with a friend make sure you are getting two nail technicians rather than one. We scheduled two pedicures with two nail techs on line and when we got to the day spa there was only one. She explained that one of he co-workers asked if she was okay doing two of us so she could take the day off for something. No one checked with us???? This was disappointing because it takes way longer with one for two and we had errands to run and did not 2 1/2 Hours to get our nails done. We had to cancel one. The nail tech who was there was excellent. I have also had waxing services and they do a great job. read more

Donyé Sabo is great! Great personality, easy to work with, listens and works with you at getting to where you want. I love their late openings and online self booking for those last minute decisions! read more

Best pedicures ever!!! Michelle is the best Aesthetician I've ever been to. Great facials, and I love the product she uses(glo therapeutics) The atmosphere in the salon is very relaxing, not your usual "drama" salon. They've recently started using Davines hair products. So far I'm really liking everything I've been using, and it's nice to know that all the ingredients are all natural. I've always recommended this Salon to friends and family, and will continue to do so!! read more

Best massage ever! Becky Jameson is amazing! Felt like I could move a mountain after. Highly recommend the 90 min. I'll definitely be back!!

Melissa was my go to girl for my nails before I moved from the area. She is so sweet and does a phenomenal job!! I have had her do gel nails, shellac and pedis...go see her you won't be disappointed!!! read more

The name you need to know is: Donyé Sabo. If you're looking for a balyage she's the one. I had 100% virgin hair and was quite nervous for a color of any kind. I told her I wanted a VERY natural looking balyage and she rocked it. It looks like my hair has been naturally lightened by the summer sun. She knows what she's doing and she does it well. read more

I had the best facial and waxing by Michele Young. Very professional, very personable. Loved the products used. My face felt amazing. Highly recommend her services. read more

Went here for a pedicure and ended up with the absolute worst case of hives I have ever experienced. Contacted the owner to request my $66, yes, $66 be refunded. I have never heard back. I think it is safe to assume that either they don't know what they are doing i.e. use of chemical solutions or the place is definitely not very clean. Either way I would recommend going elsewhere! I moved to Medford in November 2012 and needed to find a salon to meet my needs. I searched the web relying just on what I found online and with Four Oaks the web site they provided me with all the questions I had. I made my appointment and have been going every since. The atmosphere is very comfortable, the ladies make you feel right at home every time you walk through the door. I had hair extensions from my previous salon and my new stylist worked with me to get the color to match without knowing anything about my previous color from my old salon. One visit I arrived early and they were all having a color class, this made me feel even more comfortable about my choice with Four Oaks. If you enjoy getting a service done but have stopped because your worried that you can't get it done correctly, you won't be disappointed with the knowledgable ladies at Four Oaks. read more

Tiffany has been doing my nails and toes for years and I would NEVER think of going anywhere else. Not only is she a gifted professional, but her spa is gorgeous. Wait until you see the pedicure chairs! What a treat! I highly recommend Four Oaks Day Spa to everyone. read more

I have natural long nails, so I wanted the full manicure with french tips, the cost $35.00. The lady was super nice but the product used for the hand massage was super oily on the first day but became crocodile skin afterwards. It was weird because my arms are smooth but where the salon put their product is rough, I am currently putting lotion on the area. Aside from that, the lady does not know how to french tip, they are ALL uneven, I mean ALL. They are absolutely ugly and it seems as if I did the nails myself. This review is strictly for persons with sensitive skin or wanting painted french tips. They have other services that this review.is not covering. read more

Amazing Salon and Spa! I've been going to Four Oaks for 3 years now. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. The new look (remodel) is so nice! The atmosphere is even more calming now. The added natural light and addition makes such a big difference. Love it!! read more

Love four oaks!! Always great service. Lots of fun. Melissa does a GREAT job with my pedicures..

My fiance booked me a massage as a gift. My massage therapist, Kass, gave me a wonderful massage and I felt like we hit it off-we talked most of the time! There was actually nothing wrong with the service or the salon at all, and I was hoping to become a regular, until it was time to pay. She scrutinized my gift receipt right in front of me and another customer waiting, and asked point blank, "Is there any extra on here?" I was planning on leaving a tip anyways, but the fact that she requested one and not even in a cordial manner really turned me off to this place. Sadly, I won't be returning. read more
