Her response 7 DAYS LATER via text indicates it was a "reaction" and reminded me of the consent form I signed. I told her that a consent does not protect her for liability or responsibility. She feels there was no neglect on her part. Certainly, allowing ink to run in my eyes is, as far as I'm concerned, is neglect. I requested a partial refund to help cover cost of lost work, medical visits and medication, of which she has refused. Of note, I was fully prepared to take her to arbitration until I found out there is a $600 filing fee. My guess is she's aware of this and standing her ground. Of note, I'm very pleased with the final outcome but have no intentions of ever returning. Buyer beware.
