I originally went in for a special that was posted on FB for highlights. She last minute rescheduled my first appointment for a week later. I had my appointment and when I got home I noticed that I had white streaks on the entire right side of my head verses the blonde ones on the left side. After a week of having white streaks from a botched highlight job, and several rescheduled appoints due to her schedule, she was still going to charge me to fix it. Cierra text me back finally at 11 o'clock pm to tell me to come in at 5 for an opening and then two hours before my appointment she asked me to come in earlier. I already had to take off work early to make it for the 5 o'clock appointment and couldn't leave any earlier. Running a few minutes behind (10 minutes to be exact) of her new "scheduled time" for me she refused to fix my hair because I was late. I do not recommend this salon.

However the reason i came here is that Bear moved to this location. Shes been doing my moms hair and my hair for almost two years. We will not go to anyone else. She knows what shes doing. Iv been so happy everytime shes colored and cut my hair. I 100% recommend Bear. Shes great!
