Denali Building and Development truly stands out in the world of custom home building. Great custom…read morehomes don't happen by chance, and not many custom builders are able to take a vision and truly bring it to life--but Dan and Tasha can. I've witnessed them build dozens of homes, and no two are the same. Each one is uniquely designed to reflect the homeowner's ideas, style, and needs. But one thing they do have in common is the WOW factor! That level of customization takes more than just technical construction skills. Each custom home comes with unique challenges, and I've consistently seen Dan and Tasha coordinate closely, work through bumps, and keep projects moving forward in a timely and organized way. Anyone who has a minimum experience in construction knows that building a custom home is never a simple or straightforward process like standard construction. There are always moving parts, interacting variables, unexpected conditions, and problem-solving along the way; most builders are not willing to go that extra mile and try to push the homeowner to drop ideas and be within the builder's comfort zone--not Denali. From the homeowners I've been in contact with while surveying Denali's work, the feedback has been consistent: they felt Denali was able to build the home they envisioned. While not everyone may share the same perspective--and every experience is valid--those who understand custom construction recognize the quality of work and the level of care that Dan and Tasha put into these homes. They do as its for their own. If you're looking for a builder who can deliver truly custom homes and turn ideas into well-built, thoughtful spaces, Denali Building and Development is worth serious consideration, hands down.

On the day of the install, a sub contractor showed up instead of Bedford Home Improvement employees. Bruce was at my home for the first 30 minutes then left. The sub contractor was in such a hurry to get the job done in one day they did not replace some of the plywood that the contract stated would be replaced. As result the roof shingles are lifting in some areas which will impact the life of the roof. I had called, texted and e-mailed Bruce with limited response saying he will take care of it. After months of trying to resolve this I am now taking him to small claims court. I wish I had not used Bedford Home Improvement. Bob B.

We had our house painted and had some structural repairs and finish work done. His prices are very fair compared to others, and his business success is mostly by word-of-mouth. His employees are very considerate and make it a point to clean up at the end of each day's work. Bruce is very particular about the work he and his crew performs for his customers. In particular is Bruce's follow-up after the work is completed, both near-term, and a year later, to confirm we were still satisfied with his work, or if anything needed to be addressed. You just can't find a contractor like that anymore and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
