Pros: Great tasting drinks, love the flan topping option. Cute ambience. Cons: Blender for smoothies is "broken/not working" 90% of the time. Selection is not very broad but rather limited. Previously was my favorite tea house, however after numerous failed attempts I can no longer be a supporting consumer. I find it hard to believe that 90% of the time the blender is broken, and I'm not made aware of this until I arrive because they never seem to answer the phone. So I basically drive there as a waste of time since there's always some sort of problem. I can count with both hands the amount of times that the blender was "nonoperational". If you can't provide an item from the menu, maybe it would be a good idea to omit such items. I recently called to place a to go order for a smoothie at 8:45PM (they close at 9), and my order was rejected due to the fact that the blender had already been shut down and cleaned (if it was even operating to begin with). As someone who works in the customer service industry, I am fully sympathetic of closing in a hasty fashion, but the fact of the matter remains that this is an establishment that has proclaimed their business hours to end at 9PM. Considering the order was attempted to be placed at 8:45PM, 15 mins seems like sufficient time to make a smoothie, clean the blender, and close accordingly. Closing prematurely is an injustice to the customers who drive 25+ mins to decompress from a chaotic work day to enjoy a refreshing beverage, but I suppose that's too much to ask for. read more

It's a cute little store, they decorated the store very nicely. I got the korean brown sugar milk tea and the ulike rice paper mix. I gave the drink 3/5 because of the weird after taste. It tasted like ginger after I took a slip. I think they use a different kind of brown sugar for this drink but I didn't really like it. My sister got the green thai tea and it was very good. Firstly the Ulike Milk tea was so amazing, the milk tea is not to sweet and perfectly complimented with the cooked tapioca balls and delicious custard flan. First sip was amazing the creamy flan and milk tea mixed together was heaven on earth. Usually I don't get boba with my milk tea because it would hard in the center because it would not be cooked right but this boba was soft throughout but still retaining a bite. I'm very impressed. For this peach tea, it comes with kumquat and peaches. Real peaches, again not to sweet but just right amount. The fruit brings out the freshness and brightness of the tea. It's very refreshing. No, I don't like this tea. I don't leave reviews but I'm upset enough to do so now. I asked the cashier if the matcha milk tea was creamy enough or if I needed to add the egg cream topping. She said to add the topping, I got it and the first few sips were okay, but as I kept trying to drink it, I realized they put WAY too much cream in there. I was trying to enjoy it by shaking it up and watering it down but the creama was too overpowering. I went up to the cashier and explained that I didn't like her recommendation and if I could exchange for a different tea I knew I liked. She said she would go ask. Then I see her in the back bad-mouthing me to another employee. The kitchen guy came out and I respectfully explained that I didn't like this drink because there was too much cream and if I could have a different one. I even offered to pay for the price difference if needed. He refused and basically told me they didn't care that I spent $10 on a drink I didn't like, and they wouldn't do anything to fix it.
