He was the best value out of all of the businesses I contacted and they produced quality work. Usually the arcades take about 2 hours each to put together out of the box but since we wanted these built before Christmas, we told Mr. Hao we wanted them Done that day. He and his wife, stayed here from about 8-9 hours building all 8!!! He worked with only a couple of tiny breaks, to eat and use the restroom. He also helped us move some heavy furniture which we didn't mind paying for since we were saving lots of money on the rate he gave us for building each arcade. Will definitely call Mr. Hao again for anything we need put together that comes in a box. (He was so unbothered that he needed to send me message to passive aggressively threaten me lol) This really shows this company's attitude towards their customer. (I have attached the message itself to the review for people to see) BE AWARE, DO NOT WORK with this company. This company will try to give you some low estimate for your work, and promise "quality" of the work but end up ruining your project. I hired this company to assemble a carport that I purchased on Amazon. They were the company the provide the best price point out of all the companies. The price is so low (which is a major red flag), that I tripple checked with them throughout the communication, letting them know that this carport requires digging hole and use cement for footing (and sent them the link to the exact product that I purchased) and make sure that the estimate is accurate. The guy again and again told me it is accurate and promised me "quality of service" On the first appointment date, they sent me a text last minute telling me their technician is in a traffic accidence so they couldnt make it. (RED FLAG #2). We then rescheduled the project. On the reschedule date, no one showed up until later the day (The project should have started at 8/9am). No communication at all. I sent them text to asked them if they are still coming, they told me the guy is still getting material and no ETA (RED FLAG #3). Finally the guy arrived around noon. A single guy showed up to my door. Noted that this carport is gigantic and it's definitely a minimum 2 persons job (RED FLAG #4) but I have no other options at this point but trust them. The guy seems super frustrated while he was here. Few hours later, he digged a huge hole in my yard (as attachment photo). Then, I got a text from the company telling me that they need to abandon the project because this is more work than they anticipated and required more concrete than what they estimated. WITH A MASSIVE HOLE already digged in my yard. Out of frustration, I called the number that I have been communicating with. At first they refused to let me talk to the manager of the company saying that his not available. Later they sent me a text basically gaslighting/ threaten me saying that I should be able to return the carport, and they are "happy to finish" the job but I'll need to arrange the concrete delivery myself and they are going to increase the cost of work. The whole reason for me to hire such company is to be able to budget it properly and have everything taken care of so I dont need to worry about the process. This company lied about the estimate and then using the fact that I would not actually be able to "arrange concrete delivery" myself to avoid responsibility. Obviously I have no choice here but accept the fact that they are just gonna put that hole in (which, till this day the yard is no longer flat) and paid $50 for Amazon to pick up the carport for return (cause it's a super heavy item that you can't just return yourself) Please dont work with this company. And if you really want to, and dont believe me. Reach out to me and I can show you all the communication throughout the process to prove that this company is super irresponsible and unprofessional. I have everything saved just in case for the future and helped other potential victims.
