I requested a brow lamination with brow shaping. I've had my brows laminated before and this time the result came out very different than any other lamination I've had before. The brow shape was sloppy and had to be corrected by another salon. The employees talked and gossiped with each other throughout the treatment which made the experience uncomfortable. She is so friendly and personable and makes it such a pleasant experience. I also appreciate that she will go in and do some additional face extractions if necessary (spoiler- it always is)! The materials she uses are of good quality and the glue is strong that the extensions hardly fall out unless I accidentally rub my eyes roughly. Price- I did my full arms $35 and brows ar $20 not including the 20% off from Yelp. For the Reno area and what felt to be higher end products she used I found it to be a good value. Service- this is a one-woman shop but I found the technician sweet charming and genuine. She seems to have a very strong focus on the best care possible which I can appreciate.
