I heard about Sapphire Beauty on Instagram and they were holding an event with discounts. I have been wanting to try lash extensions so the discount was the perfect time for me to try them out! Roselin helped me booked my lash extensions appointment and was very thorough in assisting me on what I wanted. I sent her pictures on how it was my first time and wanted something REALLY natural! The way to get into the place was confusing the first time because it has its own entrance on the side facing the street. Roselin's place is very cozy with two recliners. I completed the papers and waivers online so when I arrived, we talked about what I wanted and got started right away! She first started cleaning the lashes and Roselin talked through the process of what she was doing with me. I think I fell asleep 30 minutes into it because the recliner was so comfortable lol. It took about 1.5 hrs. She used a C curl, 13mm, and 0.03 thickness? I have never had lash extensions before so when I opened my eyes, it felt like something was blocking my vision haha. But I think it takes getting used to. From the front view, it looks very natural. From the side view, it is a little longer than I expected, but still looks great! I did ask for the lashes to be a tiny bit shorter next time and maybe a D or L curl to help with the clouding of my vision. This is the classic version and seems the most natural out of all the different types of lashes I have seen. I had a $50 off discount, so my total came out to $150 for the full set which is not a bad price. It has been 2 days and I have noticed a lot of the lashes have fallen off. Roselin did warn me that they fall out more often in the classic lashes. Plus it is very hard for me to not rub my eyes or touch my eyes when I wake up or even during the day so that definitely contributed to them falling out faster. I do wish there was more directions on the after care of lashes. I read online that it should not get wet 24 hrs after, but I did not realize it until the next day when I have showered. Now that it has been a few days, the lashes look even more natural and I love them. It's just that a lot of the lashes have fallen off of one eye than the other. It is recommended to get these filled every two weeks as well. Overall, I definitely recommend coming to Roselin for lash extensions because she really tries to get you to love your lashes. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process and I was excited to see the results. read more

Hands down the most educated lash artist! I have been getting lash extensions for over 15 years. I found Roselin on Instagram as I searched for a Reno lash artist. I live in AZ and came to Reno for the summer. Roselin was fast at responding to my inquiry about her services. She was professional and very detailed on the specifics of what kind of lash style I was looking for. Plus she is extremely personable. She offered referrals for other beauty services I needed help with as well. She provides great reminders on lash care and products to help with the best possible outcome of your lashes. Roselin, you are a gem. I am thankful I found you and I can't wait to see you during my summer stays. read more

I recently found Sapphire Beauty Studio through instagram and absolutely love it! Before my visit Rosalin reached out personally to get to know my history with lash extensions and exactly what I wanted. Within the first ten minutes of my appointment I could tell Rosalin was extremely knowledgeable, especially when working with different eye shapes. My lashes turned out so beautiful and natural, I seriously got compliments everyday until I got my fill. I also saw Leslie for my brow lamination and fill shortly after and loved her as well! She is so sweet and really takes her time to make sure everything came out how I liked it too. Both times I saw her we had such wonderful conversations getting to know each other and I left so happy with the entire experience. I've had my lashes done at a few places in Reno, but Rosalin and Leslie are by far the best! I highly recommend seeing both, you won't regret it! read more

Roselin is an ARTIST with lashes. I found this studio through Facebook and was honestly a little bit nervous because I had never had my lashes done before. I insisted on something that looked natural, and Roselin absolutely rocked it. She did the most incredible natural-looking set, and I cannot tell you how many compliments I have gotten. I've gone for a fuller look since then, and I honestly could never go back to how I looked before! I don't even have to put on makeup, and I look fresh every morning. I have also started seeing Jenn when Roselin is fully booked, and she also does such beautiful lashes! I'm obsessed. The studio itself is clean, lovely, and cozy inside. Her table is totally comfortable and they will give you a nice warm blanket. Highly Recommend! read more

I found Roselin through Instagram and first started going to her in December! She was running a special at the time around my birthday, so it was my gift to myself. She's so sweet and kind. She made sure to explain all the steps to me since it was my first time, and let me know how to properly care for my lashes. I feel so relaxed during my appointments with her that I normally fall asleep! (it's that tired/exhausted mom life). I don't wear makeup so having these lashes help make me feel beautiful without having to do anything! I've since gone back for 2 fills now and I'm hooked. read more

I did my UV/LED lashes right before Burning Man so I wouldn't have to worry about them through preburn/build week/the actual event. Roselin's work is so beautiful and held up so well through it all! Highly highly recommend giving Sapphire Beauty Studio a shot, promise you will love it! read more

I am so thrilled to write this review. Several key words come to mind: professional, retention, thorough, kindness, excellent customer service. From my first connection with Sapphire Beauty Studio, I was impressed. Roselin the owner responded quickly and called when she said she would. We had a great phone consultation. She asked great questions and listened to my concerns. She matched me with an amazing technician and offered me multiple appointment times to fit my schedule. She then scheduled me and sent me a confirmation immediately. It was so quick and efficient. She even followed through after my appointment to make sure I was happy. My lashes are truly gorgeous. Not only do I get compliments on them, the retention is so fantastic that I look like I have a fresh set almost all the time. Roselin shared they are so confident with their product and skill that they guarantee their work. They offer multiple payment options and convenient scheduling. Did I mention how comfortable their chairs are and how much I like their warm blankets? I am so blessed to have found this business with such caring people. As an esthetician, I know how important it is to love on and lavish your clients. Sapphire definitely understands this too. I love supporting other amazing, quality people and their passions so I'll be coming back to Sapphire Beauty Studio again and again. read more
