It was my first time at their plumb location, but glad I didn't have to wait long. There was only one lady working and she was taking care of another client. She greeted me and I sat down and waited for my turn. My eyebrows were a bit uneven, left one was thicker than the right. I've only had them over plucked and then I remembered why I only usually see Sita or wait for her on her days at two of the other locations. I don't want to bash on the lady that was here, but I'll let my brows grow back a bit and go back to my usual lady. Also, I was charged more than their posted price in the window.

I requested a brow lamination with brow shaping. I've had my brows laminated before and this time the result came out very different than any other lamination I've had before. The brow shape was sloppy and had to be corrected by another salon. The employees talked and gossiped with each other throughout the treatment which made the experience uncomfortable.
