Came for an eyebrow wax and was not disappointed! I came with the most grown in and bushy brows possible. You could make a decent wig out of my brows. My brow tech was fantastic. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows and she was also so nice and easy to talk to. The studio is in an adorable neighborhood with a coffee shop and a chocolate store next door, so I definitely had a treat for after my treat! A little pricey for a wax ($30), but she did such a good job and I really enjoyed her company so it was worth it in the end. Will be back!!! read more

Hi I went to keelin for a last minute lash lift appt because my normal girl wasn't available. All I want to say is my lashes are fried. She over processed them by putting the product on my root and she pulled and pulled on my lashes. It's been weeks since then but I finally went to get them fixed and it took a relaxer treatment and a rehydrating treatment bc my lashes were so broken and fried. She did tell me to moisturize and my lashes would fall..... but I used vitamin e oil for weeks and they were so curly still. Honestly, this is going to take me months to fix my lashes. I now have to use a conditioning treatment and serum every night. I didn't know any better or else I would've said something at the time and never paid for the service. read more

She customized the shape of my lashes specifically to my eye shape to compliment my eye, rather than doing what every other lash gal has done in the past making my eyes droop. She is very meticulous with her work, her energy is so refreshing, and cares so much about her clients and to make sure they are happy with her services. My lashes last so long, even when I lose some due to my natural lash loss, they don't fall out in clumps like my lashes have from other lash artists in the past and still look great between fills. I had to make TWO reservations online. The first one was from 12-12:30 and it was canceled. I figured okay that's fine I can go after work. I scheduled a second one from 5-5:30 and it also was canceled. I tried calling the salon to see when they could get me in today because according to the website they have available appointments today. I even had selected no preference for who does my brows and yet it was canceled. I had high hopes for this salon but it's disappointing they 1. Cancel appointments 2. Do not answer the phone 3. She is always on time, always does my lashes exactly how I want them & does it in a timely manner. She is CONSISTENT which I've had a hard time finding. I had to get my lashes done elsewhere once due to a schedule conflict. The girl royally messed my lashes up.
