When the replacement fob we'd purchased on our own didn't work, Phil waived charging us for the initial service call and ordered a new fob for us that he knew would work. He came back out when the new fob came in and got it programmed for much less than a dealer would charge. I wonder if to them, that was a simple job, but to me, it provided peace of mind, which to me is priceless. I recently had someone stalk my wife and I, turns out that person had a criminal record and was most likely going to rob our house. Not a great feeling, but hiring them and installing them helped to restore that sense of security that you want for your home. I highly recommend them!
