They didn't fit properly in my lock. Turns out the blanks were not sized correctly. Now, this was in no way their fault and I can assure you that at least 95% of other places would have said, "that your problem and your blanks. We can charge you an arm and a leg for new blanks since yours don't work" and leveraged my predicament into a gain for them. Redlands Lock & Key didn't do that. Instead,they demonstrated the utmost "old school customer service" and went out of their way to see if they could make my keys work. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! It took them quite a bit of extra time, but they got my blanks to work. You just don't find this kind of generosity and customer service with businesses today. I'm old enough to remember REAL customer service and Redlands Lock & Key are the real deal. If you need anything lock or key related done, DO NOT go anywhere else. Go to Redlands Lock & Key. I wonder if to them, that was a simple job, but to me, it provided peace of mind, which to me is priceless. I recently had someone stalk my wife and I, turns out that person had a criminal record and was most likely going to rob our house. Not a great feeling, but hiring them and installing them helped to restore that sense of security that you want for your home. I highly recommend them!
