BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you end up using Michelle, it will ruin all other agencies for you…read more I am a professional career nanny. I have over seven years of nannying experience, five years of teaching experience, and more. I have a B/S in childhood development as well as my MAT. When I began my search for a nanny-family in LA, I did my due diligence by shopping around looking at multiple agencies. I found that Michelle had the TOP RATED AGENCY ON MULTIPLE SITES and wanted to take a closer look. I read through every. single. review. I thought to myself, "Really? Every single person had a positive experience with this agency? That's just not statistically possible if she's really working with this many people..." I decided to set up a meeting. I drove to her office where we met to discuss particulars (what I'm looking for, what families are in the market for a nanny right now, what ages/salary/commute/hours I'm looking for) and the moment she opened the door and greeted me with a giant smile and her upbeat, positive attitude, I felt like just working with HER was my perfect placement! Once we started the process, Michelle was completely professional while also refreshingly honest and realistic in her suggestions. She really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for and she only suggested me to families that she knew had the potential to be a "love match!" After looking at a few potential matches, Michelle called me to tell me that she had "found my family!" She said, "This is the one. Please go for an interview and see for yourself." So I did. This is the part of the review where I'm going to get annoyingly emotional. Not only did the family and I immediately "click," but Michelle had made sure that all of our stats were in alignment. The age range, schedule, amount of hours, commuting time, pay rate, expectations and needs happened to all align with what I was looking for. It was LITERALLY the PERFECT PLACEMENT!!!! Coincidence? I think not. Michelle is highly intelligent, professional, personable, understanding, diligent, experienced, communicative, and pleasantly charismatic and I owe my job satisfaction directly to her. Now that I think about it, maybe I should send over a bottle of wine. Thank you, Michelle, for just being so incredibly good at what you do. As I mentioned earlier, when I started this process, I read through every one of your (5 star) reviews and thought, "There's just no way every single review can be five stars..." and now here I am adding one more.

It seemed like I had landed a few dream jobs only for it to slip away from me. Really trying times. Then I met Michelle! This brings a smile to my face. Meeting with her felt like chatting with a friend. I realized after that this is her skill. She loves people and wants to represent both the families and the nannies. It was a slow period and she didn't have any job opportunities at the time when I signed up with her agency, the perfect placement. After being on the hunt for my top nanny job with a kind family for many months and it wasn't happening I was getting ready to move out of state. I mentioned to Michelle that I'm no longer looking for a position as it doesn't seem like it's going to happen. Michelle didn't give up on me. She called me with 2 opportunities. I went on both interviews and was called back to do a trial for the one that I wanted !! Yay !! Then Michelle negotiated some time off that I needed to take care of a health issue. The family was so wonderful they waited for me ! All I can say everything lined up perfectly. Michelle will always return your call in a timely manner and she always checks in to see how you're doing. I thank God I met Michelle !

Im leaving an extensive review to make sure that this agency is aware of how unprofessional Sade Marie is conducting business as a face of their organization. Please accept my request for a review of this conduct and address the issue as necessary. My first job was only 4 months, temporary, and I knew that going into it. It was a fine administrative job. Office Team then helped me find another job right after that so there would be no gaps in employment. I worked at a company in Downtown LA for about a month or two until I was converted to a permanent employee there. I stayed there for about a year but it ended up not being a great fit due to changes within the company and I had other career aspirations so I worked with Office Team again to find another job in the field I wanted to go into - education. They matched me quickly to a job in Glendale that I absolutely loved and stayed at for almost a year. I only left that job to go into the Peace Corps in Thailand for about a year. That ended abruptly due to a health and safety issue so I was back home in the States for good, and unexpectedly. I immediately knew that I wanted to go back to Office Team because of my success with them in the past. They're honestly the only staffing agency I've come across that is so quick, professional, and matches you with great jobs. So far I've been at my current job for about 3 months and things are going great! I highly recommend them to everyone and have referred some friends and family to them as well!

About two months ago, my boyfriend received a call not to report to his job to only learn that he was being let go do absenteeism. Well, here's the kicker: he called hart to tell them to call his employer that he would be out (which is what anyone would do when they are sick); apparently there is clause in their contract that they are not allowed to contact their employer so he was doing what he was told. Did they call his company? NO! On both occasions, they failed to notify his employer so he lost his job. However, being the prudent man he is, he spoke with the company hr person to explain what was going on and, lo and behold, they said Hart had never contacted them! After explaining his situation, his company contacted Hart and told them that he was re-hired. It really makes me wonder how many employees this company has lost because of the lack of communication? After everything was straightened out, my boyfriend got an exceptionally passive aggressive email from Hart telling him that he violated his contract by contacting his company. Way to apologize right? Personally, they should have been the professionals and admitted fault instead of chastising him for trying to save his job. On top of this nightmare, we started noticing a huge delay in his pay checks so he was convinced they were retaliating against him and it really stressed him out! What do you tell someone who is trying so hard to make a living that maybe his check will come some day? I don't get emotional in reviews, but this employment agency has caused an an unnecessary amount of heartache for the both of us and that is why we are so glad he is no longer with them. If I could offer any advice: find another agency or be prepared to be a thorn in their side so you can ensure you will get paid for your hard work and if they are communicating with your employer.
