So far it has been a terrible experience for me using Apple One. They told me the glendale office keeps their calendar closed to control the amount of appointments they get. So as a customer how am I even supposed to know the Glendale office even exists, it was not an option on the website to make an appointment . The operations associate Nazly Moran at the Westwood office gave me an incorrect email address to contact the glendale office. I didn't even discover this until I called and another employee said she gave me the wrong email. What kind of employee is that???? What kind of business are you guys running that you can't even send emails properly? How am I supposed to trust a job agency to help me get a job if you can't even send me an email?! ridiculous. A job agency is supposed to make getting a job easier, but trying to work with apple one feels like it's just as difficult as getting a job and an unnecessary extra step. I recently reached out because I needed additional help finding a job. Spoke to "Gloria" who had great customer service and always transferred my calls accordingly. I was working with "Kristine Abelyan" who didn't seem to care about my previous work experience and salary expectation. She would constantly offer me low paying jobs outside of my scope of work and would provide job details minutes before a scheduled interview. Also, she would ask to be called at a certain time and when I did she was never available and always sounded like she was annoyed. She is unprofessional and only cares about filing out day jobs that no one wants like a 2 hour mock trial for $20 and hour. Wasn't successful at working with anyone else but if you are serious about getting a job go with a company that actually cares. This branch has made a huge turnaround since my first visit 4 years ago! To be honest, I was disappointed 4 years ago and didn't pay them a visit until earlier this year when I found myself out of work again. I decided to give them another try... and I am so happy that I did! Lyth is the best recruiter I've ever had! With all other recruiters, I struggle to get them on the phone or reply to an email. But I never had to do this with Lyth. He not only initiates contact, but he remembers when I will become available again for work after a short-term gig. He also remembers what kind of work I'm looking for. All of the above is very hard to come by in most recruiters. I truly feel like he cares. Janet, the branch manager is also wonderful! I let the office know that I am a student with a none functioning computer and needed them to release my w2 and they basically said to bad we will be releasing them on 1/28/2022 as if I could wait that long. They seem to only care about the participants when they are getting money from them and then only slightly. I played phone tag to try and get answers since I know they are released via the website and pretty much got a well...My emergency did not move them! they did not care!!! BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE! January 2018 I called to hire a temporary Administrative Assistant person until I could fill a full-time job. Then sent a young person over who gave quite an excellent first impression, so I decided to hire her on their Temp to Perm program. The placement cost me $5000 and as I was paying I asked for their replacement guarantee, which was sent to me as a very brief reply to an email - which was not at all what I expected. Anyway, the replacement policy indicated replacement [read refund] if the person stayed 90 days or less and 50% fee for replacement of 90 days to 1 year. At about 28 days I began having serious problems with the person so I called Wanda to discuss my options. She talked me into keeping the person. Which worked out only for another 10 days before the person quit. At this point, they are claiming they have a 30-day full refund policy that I was not informed of [and Wanda talked me into not firing the person]and after 30 days but less than 90 days it is a replacement only no refund. NONE OF THIS WAS IN WRITING AS I REQUESTED. The entire thing was a mess as at 28 days there was a problem and now they want to keep my $5000, which I am fighting through my credit card. I have discovered they are not listed with the Better Business Bureau, and would not respond to a claim from them. They may do well for their applicants but they are ripping off their Business Owners. Be cautious, be very cautious,INFACT, STAY AWAY! read more

I have done temp work in the past and am well qualified for data entry/mailing/administrative/general office jobs. While searching for steady employment, I decided to register for this office. It's been 5 months and I have not been contacted for even one real job opportunity. When I went to complete the registration, the staff was completely disinterested in me, my experience, or my hire-ability. I completed all the computer tests and scored very well. I was told during the interview that there was an opportunity that was coming available and I would be called in the next few days. The next week I was called with details for the "assignment" - a 1.5 hour "job" going to take a survey. Not really what I expected, but hey, it's better than nothing, right? I tell the woman that yes, I am available and want to take the position. I'm told I am assigned and confirmed, and I will be emailed with details (address, etc) that evening. It gets to nearly closing time on the day before this assignment, and I've received no email or contact at all. I call the woman and explain I have not received said email and want to make sure I have the details so that I can plan my morning travel time accordingly. Imagine my surprise when I'm told that I am not assigned, but am instead an "alternate" - meaning that I only get the job if someone cancels. This was not what was said on the phone when I was called about it. That was the last time I was contacted from the office. Personally, I would not recommend them at all. It seems they are very disorganized, unenthusiastic, and either don't have the jobs or don't put effort into placing their temps. If you are looking for work, you will likely not find it here. read more

Best Service Ever! I got laid off from my job and decided two people looking for jobs for me was better than one. I found Apple One online and after submitting my resume had an interview with both the permanent and temp divisions at the Glendale location. I met with Kathryn Hamilton in the temp division and she got everything set up for me right away. The NEXT DAY she called me with a job opportunity and followed that up with an even better one the day after that. By Friday of the same week I had an interview set up for a temp position at Disney! Kathryn called to let me know I landed the job the following Wednesday. All in all, it took 7 days (not including the weekend) for me to sign up and land a job!
