I am a born skeptic. I'm cynical. Hypnotherapy sounded like exactly the kind of thing I would roll my eyes at. But I was in a rough spot. Work wasn't where I wanted it to be, I was trying to figure out my relationship, and I generally felt like I needed to get out of my own way.
