At first it seemed promising. A recruiter reached out to me with a decent offer that would have…read moretaken me from the job I was working at the time; however I was never called back. I assumed I was probably not the right fit for the position. Fast forward six months, I receive another offer from Ronin about a different location in the same line of work. I was between contracts at the time, so I jumped on the opportunity to get back in my field. I was promised a morning shift, but was sent to an afternoon shift. Only to find out that the firm they placed me at was closing six months after I started and moving to another state. They promised full time employment with good performance. No problem, my attendance and performance in the past have been good. Then came the payroll issues. Late direct deposits more than twice. Once I wasn't even paid from Ronin, it was some random company that Zelled me after I was informed their bank accounts were frozen. They told me I would be paid five days late?! I should have left then. Needed a sick day, so I text my recruiter; no reply. Must've been taken care of right? It wasn't. I was later informed after checking payroll that I have to email a specific address. 6 days had passed since Id texted my recruiter, and she NEVER informed me about emailing "admin" for sick days. I called to inform them I was not credited, and they informed me it should roll over into the next pay period. Fine, I guess, but six hours later I get an email that payroll might will be late; AGAIN. Stay away, they seem insolvent. Do not leave your current job for this. Do not ditch your benefits for this firm. No benefits, you will buy your won PPE, and they will not reply to you in a timely manner.

Communication was also not good with consistency being scarce. It began as a promising opportunity, but not being able to pay on time all the time is intolerable. Save your time.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you end up using Michelle, it will ruin all other agencies for you…read more I am a professional career nanny. I have over seven years of nannying experience, five years of teaching experience, and more. I have a B/S in childhood development as well as my MAT. When I began my search for a nanny-family in LA, I did my due diligence by shopping around looking at multiple agencies. I found that Michelle had the TOP RATED AGENCY ON MULTIPLE SITES and wanted to take a closer look. I read through every. single. review. I thought to myself, "Really? Every single person had a positive experience with this agency? That's just not statistically possible if she's really working with this many people..." I decided to set up a meeting. I drove to her office where we met to discuss particulars (what I'm looking for, what families are in the market for a nanny right now, what ages/salary/commute/hours I'm looking for) and the moment she opened the door and greeted me with a giant smile and her upbeat, positive attitude, I felt like just working with HER was my perfect placement! Once we started the process, Michelle was completely professional while also refreshingly honest and realistic in her suggestions. She really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for and she only suggested me to families that she knew had the potential to be a "love match!" After looking at a few potential matches, Michelle called me to tell me that she had "found my family!" She said, "This is the one. Please go for an interview and see for yourself." So I did. This is the part of the review where I'm going to get annoyingly emotional. Not only did the family and I immediately "click," but Michelle had made sure that all of our stats were in alignment. The age range, schedule, amount of hours, commuting time, pay rate, expectations and needs happened to all align with what I was looking for. It was LITERALLY the PERFECT PLACEMENT!!!! Coincidence? I think not. Michelle is highly intelligent, professional, personable, understanding, diligent, experienced, communicative, and pleasantly charismatic and I owe my job satisfaction directly to her. Now that I think about it, maybe I should send over a bottle of wine. Thank you, Michelle, for just being so incredibly good at what you do. As I mentioned earlier, when I started this process, I read through every one of your (5 star) reviews and thought, "There's just no way every single review can be five stars..." and now here I am adding one more.

It seemed like I had landed a few dream jobs only for it to slip away from me. Really trying times. Then I met Michelle! This brings a smile to my face. Meeting with her felt like chatting with a friend. I realized after that this is her skill. She loves people and wants to represent both the families and the nannies. It was a slow period and she didn't have any job opportunities at the time when I signed up with her agency, the perfect placement. After being on the hunt for my top nanny job with a kind family for many months and it wasn't happening I was getting ready to move out of state. I mentioned to Michelle that I'm no longer looking for a position as it doesn't seem like it's going to happen. Michelle didn't give up on me. She called me with 2 opportunities. I went on both interviews and was called back to do a trial for the one that I wanted !! Yay !! Then Michelle negotiated some time off that I needed to take care of a health issue. The family was so wonderful they waited for me ! All I can say everything lined up perfectly. Michelle will always return your call in a timely manner and she always checks in to see how you're doing. I thank God I met Michelle !
