If you can do not go there at all! They are extremely unprofessional and unreasonable. They simply don't have the resources and ability to repair intricate things like laptops. I doubt they will be able to adequately repair anything that you ask for - they talk in circles and if they do anything wrong they won't own up to it. They are trying to make a buck and cover themselves so they won't give you the whole truth of your situation. Also they are not connected with professional third party companies - they buy things off of ebay and the prices are never set. They won't call you when they say and don't keep their words.
