The worst consumer experience of my life! Terrible service and terrible products. Do not let them touch your phone! These people are the worst. I had an iPhone screen replaced and 3 hours later the phone was dropped from a short distance (it was in a heavy protective case) and the screen completely shattered to the point where it was worse than the screen we just had replaced. Ubreakifix said there was nothing they could do and that they were sure the screen was installed correctly and that the impact was so bad that nothing could have prevented the screen from shattering. They offered nothing. I had a another technician examine the phone who confirmed that after they replaced the screen they did not put the phone back together correctly. There were missing screws and the pieces were not exactly where they should be. I am very annoyed that the Ubreakifix employee refused to even acknowledge the possibility that they might have done something wrong. If they would have examined the phone they would have found that there were missing screws that the phone was not put back together correctly. But they seem to have a very rehearsed speech of how there is nothing they could do about it. I am guessing they have to tell people this all the time. The employee seemed very used to having people get upset with him. I have never had an experience quite like this one. read more

Been to this place after work twice now. The owners obviously are not checking on the employees because they locked up early two nights in a row. 6:50 and 6:53pm. Real nice when you drive to get there after work before they close!! read more

Again my screen broke and again I took it to Ubreakitix. They again fixed my screen and made me happy. It broke last year and today it broke because of something I did. Getting it fixed the same day at a reasonable price is great! Thank you read more

don't go to this place. I went for a simple battery change of my iPad and they destroyed the screen. While they replaced the screen, now when I'm using the iPad, it will go dark and if I touch the edge of the screen, I see color underneath. Have to turn off the iPad and turn it on again so that the screen returns. These guys don't know what they are doing. Save your money and go to someplace like batteries plus. I've had them fix an iPad for me with no problem including a screen replacement. read more

Nothing is easy when it comes to broken cell phones. Every step along the way is frustrating. Kudos to the gentlemen at Ubreakifix! They were extremely polite, helpful, and actually saved me money by making sure I had insurance. Given a 2-4 hour window, they were done near the earlier mark. I am not a terribly knowledgeable guy but there wasn't a note of condescending attitude between the two of them. I remember Jose's name but, unfortunately, cannot recall the second dude. It was terrible. I dropped my phone off at 10 and was told they had the part. I needed a screen. I told them I would return around 3-4 I returned at 3:30 and I was told the part was wrong. So either they do not know what they are doing or they gave my part to someone else. When I dropped off the phone I could still use it, they cracked it more and now I have to wait 2 days for a phone. read more

Took my iPhone 11 Pro in to the Brookfield location for a back glass repair, when I picked it up they told me how the battery harness was damaged by the laser during removal of the back glass. Told me I'd be without my phone for a week now because they have to ship it to a different store. 7 days go by with not one update from this company. I even called the store 4 days in and they told me they had no idea what was going on, they wouldn't even call the store that my phone was shipped to. Talked with customer support and they supposedly put an expedite on my phone. Finally get my phone back after 9 days and now I'm having problems with the microphone. AT&T said it's very likely that there is loose connections inside my phone. Pretty fed up with this company. read more

Blown away that they could fix my extremely cracked/damaged iPad so fast... I was told it could take up to 48 hrs and they had it done in about 24- called me right away when it was fixed. Great customer service (not sure of names of people who helped but it was fixed 11/1-11/2) very professional and I'm so happy with the result. After going to the att store to file a claim under the insurance protection plan and being told it would cost $200 and they would send a new phone, I paused and told my daughter we were going to check one more place first. THANK goodness we did! I took her iphone XR to UBREAKIFIX today and it was a super quick less than 5 minute fix, as 2 screws were missing causing it to chirp when it vibrated. We had thought it was water damage and come to find out it wasn't -- so happy and would highly recommend! Austin and Jason rock! Worst Customer Service however, phone repaired and happy with Jeremy the tech who completed the job. Issue here was communication. Drop off at 11:45 told 3hrs and they will notify me. At 4hrs I had heard nothing. Called and notice my receipt had someone else name and information except had my number. After they found my correct order, they asked for 2 more hours! Which means they had not started on a simple screen replacement! 6pm and still no call back. Noticed they closed at 7pm. Called them at 6:30 and sure enough phone had been completed and they did not know why there was no follow up. Got to store with 5 minutes to spare and received a working phone therefore, the actual work was done well. read more

Terrible! Completely incompetent! It took over a month to replace a battery in my hp laptop. And they still charged $314.00 to do it after they said the repair order was deleted by mistake. Very frustrating. read more

I took my computer in and waited four days for an update. I called on the fourth day to check the status. I was told it worked fine. I picked it up on Friday and tried logging in at home. It was the same black unresponsive screen as it was when I brought it in. I was scammed. If you're told your device works fine make sure they show you that it's running in the store! Otherwise, you're being fed a story. It's pretty obvious that they just didn't want to deal with me and/or my computer any further. I wasted an entire week at this place. read more

DO NOT USE. I'm not someone who cares enough about most things to complain, let alone create a yelp account to go full karen and complain about a business. However,Broke my phone on a sunday, brough it in and asked for it to be fixed. Had it back in under 2 hours. Wonderful. Then two days later i dropped it three inches onto my desk and the screen broke. Ive had my phone over 18 months and dropped it far harder onto things that were far more likely to break it. Only a few days after they replace it, it breaks from practically nothing. Brought it in that day and the guy at the counter (friendly and as helpful as he could be) told me theres nothing he can do. I need to speak with the manager. The manager of course, was not in but I was assured he'd be there the next day. He was not, he called in sick I guess. Shit happens, I get it. The same guy as before took my number and said the manager would call me. (Its been over a week and he has not.) after My second attempt I took my phone to batteries plus where they informed me that some screws were put in incorrectly and that's likely why my screen broke so easily. So basically, they took my 150 dollars, incorrectly installed a new screen, and left me no ability to actually rectify the situation by speaking with anybody that could do anything. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly but at the end of the day, they screwed me out of a 150 dollars and I had to create a damn yelp account to complain about it. Almost a year later I'm finidng out that they actually double charged me for that wonderful "repair." So more like they stole 300 dollars from me. Avoid at all costs. read more
