So they are fast but might be too fast and miss some details with reconnecting a new screen to you phone. I have gone other times and it has been great! A refund or re-repair would be lovely but I have lost that receipt since because I am used to trusting their services.

This never happened before. As a review of uBreakiFix, I was able to go on line and get a quote and reserve a time to get my phone fixed. 2.5 hours later it was completed. In that respect, they were fast and responsive. Easy to navigate website. Would I go back? Probably not...now I would take it back to an authorized repair facility (Best Buy or the Apple Store).
