To make a long story short, after going to the Apple store with my Macbook Pro (2018 model) that had both a non functioning track pad and keyboard they told me a replacement of the "top case" (meaning the whole integrated keyboard, track pad and battery) would be approx $600 which was similar to the remaining value of the computer. Like with previous computers, there comes a time where the money to fix the box seems better applied to getting a new box and just updating the whole rig. So I spent $2800 on a new MBP but kept my appointment with Premiere to see what could be done about fixing the old computer. Apple was not taking new service appointments for some reason but they did suggest Premiere as an authorized Apple service provider...so I kept my appointment which was no cost to me until they did some diagnosis etc, so I had nothing to lose by having them take a look. Within about two minutes of checking out my broken box they immediately told me that this funky all-in-one "top case" design was a known headache and Apple itself offered a warranty coverage of some sort and that the whole top case could be replaced for $130 total. I had them do the service and then tested the box which was in great shape. I returned the newly purchased box (there is a 14 day no-questions return policy when buying new box from Apple directly) and got my $2800 back. All along the way they were transparent about what they were doing, open with respect to evaluating my box and letting me know there was still 4-5 years of great operating life to be expected, and generally professional. Like I said, I can't recommend them enough and their tech skills were really top notch. I have a great deal of computer knowledge and 30 years of Apple experience specifically. These folks are as good as I have dealt with and have my complete confidence. You can't do any better.

We tried a dealer and they were not able to reprogram it. They did not try anything else. We decided to see what Batteries Plus could do for us. BP tried one day, but the tool they were using to reprogram it, did not work. They requested we come back the next day when the manager was there. My husband went back the next day and the Manager attempted to reprogram the key fob. Unfortunately this time, the attempt failed. The Manager did not give up and suggested to replace the battery. To their surprise, the key fob worked!!! To my surprise, it's still working after a month. Thank you to the Manager who did not give up and made my key fob work again!!!

This place is superb!!!…read more I work from home for an international technology company based in Switzerland...so needless to say I spent a TON of time on my computer. So imagine my dismay when my SSD crashed. I lugged my 27in iMac over to Apple, only to find out they couldn't do the repairs and referred my to MC Services. I emailed the company Saturday night (after hours) and got a quick response back Sunday morning (when they are closed) from owner Duane. He said to just bring the computer on by (even though they are closed on Sunday) and he would take a look. He wasn't able to remedy the situation immediately Sunday, but had a tech take a look Monday morning. I got a call from Gabe the tech and he confirmed it was my SSD. He explained all of his findings clearly, was patient with my questions and then he ordered the recommended SSD replacement for the computer. He installed the next day and I got my computer back by mid-week. Why I love this place is they were friendly, honest and quick. Thanks for getting me back up and running!! Hope I don't have to see you again anytime soon, but I will refer you to all my friends! Keep up the good work. :D

It actually is just as bad if bot worse. They made admin logins (which I don't want or need), and all of the issues we wanted fixed were not taken care of. Our contact was Alex, and his solution was to schedule another day and have ME pay for it. No thanks. I called the president. After several days he left me a voicemail but never followd up after that. Nothing was explained very well. I have no confidence in them helping us anyway. Very disappointed.

We added a new line to our family plan, so we were able to get a pretty significant discount to all get new phones and they do let you keep your old device for 30 days. You can choose which phone and color you'd like and they will get it ordered for you. I thought it came in fairly quickly, especially because we were not in a rush!
