My instructor, Megan, is super knowledgeable and great at explaining each move clearly so we understand what to do. It's an absolutely great confidence booster and a surprisingly good workout. I wouldn't be surprised if I end up coming back after my course is over. Highly recommend! COVID Precautions: Everyone wears masks throughout the classes and the stations are already far apart so it's perfect for social distancing.

I completed the 6 week course and didn't feel confident so I basically quit. A while later, I received a $15 off for a class and curiosity pushed me to sign up for a repeat of pole 1. I completed it with full confidence (Thanks, Valerie!) I am now in Pole 6. I've even repeated a few courses just to keep mastering the moves and to continue seeing my new, but now, Miss Pole friends! Every few weeks I find a Facebook or email flash promo for $$$ off classes which keep me signing up for more. I've even begun to wear heels in class and don't mind wearing smaller and smaller shorts (because you need all the skin grip you can get in those upside down inverts and moves! ) I would challenge even the shyest of women to try a class. It's only going to make you feel sexy, beautiful and even make you stronger if you keep at it! Although I do work out at a local gym, I thoroughly enjoy my weekly pole sessions. Parking is always easy to find, wear clothing to your comfort and go to open pole classes if you want more practice! (Or buy your own pole.) Of course, I have my favorite instructor, but all are instructor certified and know how to explain moves well. If you don't enjoy a class or an instructor they work with you as needed.
