I am so impressed that he fixed this for me, even though the issue happened through no fault of his own. They left me a message 5 minutes before closing on the day before I was supposed to pick it up saying it didn't make it on the truck but it was no big deal, they would have it ready for me in another week. (I think it didn't make it on the truck because they forgot to order it. )Obviously, this is so unprofessional it's laughable. Offerings range from very reasonably priced seed beads to higher end stuff like Swarovski crystals and sterling silver. Pretty much everything in between is well represented - semi precious beads, strands, accent and focal beads and plenty of tools. I find the staff here is really helpful too - I was looking for a specific chain style and while they didn't stock it, they were able to guide me to plenty of alternates.
