He helped me grab a couple bunches that looked nicely together. After the flowers were chosen, the owner arranged them for me. When he rang up the flowers, I was surprised to find that they were reasonably priced ($24 for about 2 dozen). In the end, my girlfriend loved the bouquet and I'm sure that I will return to Rose's the next time I need some flowers.

Their flowers are beautiful. I get a bouquet every year for Valentine's Day. This year, I was feeling under the weather, was leaving work early when my boyfriend said the delivery window was 8-5. I called FFD and spoke with a staff member who let me know we couldn't reroute the delivery but they would make me a new bouquet to pick up. The staff member was so patient as I had almost completely lost my voice. I showed up to their shop with my mask on and a barely audible hello. They knew exactly who I was and got my package ready for me. I love that they partner with other small businesses to create fun bundles. The candle accompanying the flowers smelled amazing and the chocolates were delicious. Over a week later and the flowers look just as good as on day one! They also have fun workshops to build your own bouquets and seasonal wreaths. Highly recommend them as a quality, ethical florist.

As a florist myself, I have very high standards for ordering from others, and I'd never hesitate to use her to send flowers or recommend her to my friends in the greater Milwaukee area. Although the picture is pretty blurry and an odd angle, I can see right away based on the artistry of the design, the use higher-end flowers like freesia and roses and calla lilies, plus labor & delivery, the the value for that arrangement is more than there. Black flowers (or even black-looking flowers) are rare in nature. Black Calla lilies are hard to get, expensive and often need to be special ordered. My advice to anyone concerned about an order -- particularly one you don't see in person -- its to contact the florist before making a negative review for a small business. From experience, I know Kimberlee truly cares about her clients and would do anything she could to make the customer feel better or make it right.
