Dispatcher was courteous and called me back to confirm arrival of cab and location. Cab was clean and driver was friendly. He told me cash only amd nothing more than $20 before we left. The dispatcher could have said that before sending the cab out in case i only had a credit card. We had a nice chat for the few minutes we rode together. Paid my fare, wished him well, and was on my way. Just as I had hoped.

When I talked to the person making the registration she assured me they would take care of my daughter. She is a freshman, 1000 miles away from home and scared as this is her first solo flight. When I made the reservation, she was the only one scheduled. I asked if there would be other riders if I would get a discount. They told me there wouldn't be anyone else on there. I threw in a hefty tip to make sure she was taken care of. She was supposed to be picked up at 130. They said they would be there after 2 and they had 5 other people to pick up. I called the driver and he was very rude and asked if they would get her there in time. He told me she decided to go to school here and she had to learn how to deal with it. Even if that is true.... he has no right to tell a paying customer that. She got to the airport after 4. Her plane left at 5. She made it. For the return I told her she had to take is back to school to learn. He texted her the day before saying he would be to yhe airport Sunday night at 755 for the return. When she got off the plane, he texted her and said he wasn't back to Waco yet and he would be back to Dallas after 930. Not acceptable. She ended up getting a lady lyft driver to take her back to Waco as she had a big chemistry test the next morning. I spent 300.00 on the streak and 240.00 on a lyft. There is something wrong with this picture. No sorry, no nothing. Highly disappointed. Don't use unless you don't care about time.

The young man that went out of his way to help me, my daughter and my little dog get to my mom's in Waco was wonderful. (Jacob was his name, I hope that is his name, young 26 year old cowboy, clean cut, great manners) Not only was he professional, but oh so much more. He was fast, even though it was a holiday weekend. He was there in 30 minutes or less. He dropped a guy off that he was training in order to be able to fit me, my daughter and my little dog in the cab with him. I just thought you should know, and I'm sure you do, how hard it is to find really good workers but somehow you found an exceptional young man. He spoke highly of your company and how began working for you. He knew the area, we laughed because when he received the address he simply said, Oh, she lives behind the HEB. Yep. I just thought you should know the impact Jacob made on an irritated driver who lost her keys and was stranded at Slovacek's. I will write a great review on swoop as well.
