I scheduled the Waco streak in September for my daughter to be picked up at Baylor on Thursday at 130. When I talked to the person making the registration she assured me they would take care of my daughter. She is a freshman, 1000 miles away from home and scared as this is her first solo flight. When I made the reservation, she was the only one scheduled. I asked if there would be other riders if I would get a discount. They told me there wouldn't be anyone else on there. I threw in a hefty tip to make sure she was taken care of. She was supposed to be picked up at 130. They said they would be there after 2 and they had 5 other people to pick up. I called the driver and he was very rude and asked if they would get her there in time. He told me she decided to go to school here and she had to learn how to deal with it. Even if that is true.... he has no right to tell a paying customer that. She got to the airport after 4. Her plane left at 5. She made it. For the return I told her she had to take is back to school to learn. He texted her the day before saying he would be to yhe airport Sunday night at 755 for the return. When she got off the plane, he texted her and said he wasn't back to Waco yet and he would be back to Dallas after 930. Not acceptable. She ended up getting a lady lyft driver to take her back to Waco as she had a big chemistry test the next morning. I spent 300.00 on the streak and 240.00 on a lyft. There is something wrong with this picture. No sorry, no nothing. Highly disappointed. Don't use unless you don't care about time. read more

I have used this service a few times to get my daughter to and from DFW to Baylor. This service has always been reliable and bent over backwards to accommodate delays in flights. This most recent time my daughter's flight was delayed twice in the day and we ended up changing it all together to the next day to make it more convenient for our daughter. Brian kept moving things around to be able to accommodate her arrival, even when we changed it to the next day. He is so courteous and kind and made this experience a whole lot easier. read more

I am writing this as I am on the streak and really take no pleasure in writing negative reviews for small private businesses but I feel patrons especially the parents of the student riders using their service needs to know how unprofessional and inefficient this company is. Our trip into Waco was perfectly fine but leaving today is a complete mess. Hopped on the van at 11:22am and it is now 1:04pm and just left Baylor bookstore! We were here at 12:06pm to pick up the first group and then went towards Dallas no problem only to see we had to backtrack back into Baylor a 2nd time for one rider who either showed up late or Streak took off too early without him or they added him on the route last minute...whatever the reason they should not have had those of us already in the van take an almost 2 hour trip around Waco-Bellmead-Waco! I am beside myself...tried calling Brian the owner only to get our driver answering the office phone!!!! A fellow parent & I said we will never do this again. read more

In this situation, not professional or reliable! We had one other previous experience with The Streak that went well but today my kids had a shuttle scheduled for pick up at Baylor at 6:00 a.m. Got a confirmation the day before with the driver's name and number. They went to the pick up spot at the proper time and stood outside and waited for over an hour and NO ONE SHOWED UP! We all tried to call the driver's number (as well as the main office number) many, many times with no answer. I even tried to text the driver with no reply. They were left scrambling to find another way to DFW so they didn't miss their flight. There was another student waiting who was stuck with no ride, as well. In the end, they ended up taking a very expensive cab ride to the airport. A very stressful way to start their Christmas break! UPDATE: I did receive a call from someone at Waco Streak later apologizing for the problems with my kids shuttle pick up. The Streak helped make it right with the extra cab expense, which was appreciated. They assured me this type of thing would not happen again. We'll see. read more

My kid took a 7am flight from San Diego to DFW. it was early and a direct flight, We were in hopes that she would have a smooth return flight back to Baylor.... The Waco Streak staff had always been very helpful over the phone the three times we were going to use them. Now to the part that matters. When we did use them all he!#! broke loose. Why did it take 6 hours for my daughter to get back to waco from DFW. Because it took them 2 hours and 45 minutes just to pick her up from the baggage claim. Thanksgiving weekend or not, this company cannot handle logistics. I called to talk to the owner and his reply was : excuses, excuses. " we pick up over 100 people today, we are doing our best etc". He was very insincere and even tried to say well didnt we say we would squeeze her in?" i said ok well did you tell me that this was a favor, did i get a discount,? i would have NEVER subjected my child to that. I mean come on is this their best excuse for overbooking their shuttle., we are doing You a favor! ayfkm. We wont use them again for traveling from dfw. I cant imagine my kid standing there for almost three hours looking for the shuttle: She called several times each time something different. - five more minutes, oh wait 15 more minutes, oh wait thirty more minutes. Poor planning on the Waco streak side of things, dont use them to trust your college kid to get back in a timely fashion. terrible terrible zero stars yelp, please!! read more

Rotten service for a second time. When will we learn?! This time I had a confirmed reservation at 12:30. Called at 11am to confirm my arrival at Love Field. Called at 12:50 and 1:05 and 1:30 only to find out another passenger's delay was delaying the 12:30 to 2:30. There is a 3pm on their schedule and they wouldn't ask the delayed passenger to wait 30 minutes; asked me to wait 2 hours. They said they would allow me to cancel penalty free and said I could call a taxi or Uber. You are kidding me right?' She said she would have the owner call me as she was the one calling the shots. Guess what?! When I called back to say I had not heard from the owner, the gal said the owner's phone could not call me. One way phones?! Please Baylor Business school students: come up with an alternative to this service. Your visiting parents are begging you!! read more

Made a reservation over the phone for my wife for the last run of the day. Was told to call the main number when the plane landed. She called and left a message. 40 minutes later I did the same. No response. She had to do a one-way car rental to get home. Stay far away. It's not worth the hassle. read more

14 day pre booked, never received a confirmation email. I called the day before, to confirm and was told they had sent an email saying they did not have any availability. First there was no email ever received. Second this is the second time I have tried to book and they have no availability. They need to figure out their business plan and communicate better with clients. Will not try a third time. read more

I planned my flight a week ago to say bye to my father with terminal cancer. My husband is working 6 days a week and we are not from Texas. I spent the week in KY. An ice storm hit the day of departure. My flight was delayed 2 hours .I began calling the shuttle service only to get a recording with no option for a recording. I emailed the reservation address. I arrived in Atlanta and was trying to get info on my new flight, so my husband started calling after my call got a recording. Surprisingly, they called me at 1:30 PM to tell me they were on the way to pick me up at DFW. (My original appt was at 4- but I was the only pickup). I told them I was in Atlanta and had tried to reach them. They just cancelled me and told me they would give me a refund on the next business day. Then, she had the nerve to ask me for future business and a positive review . Waco needs a better shuttle service!. read more

Great service, picking me up from the dallas airport and driving me to Waco. My driver, Nate, was super friendly and we had great conversation during our 2 hour drive. We stopped at a nice gas station for a bathroom/snack break. Communication with them was easy. I'd recommend their service! read more

I would like to start by stating that I sincerely hope someone else's experience was worth more than mine. I visited Waco, Texas during the Thanksgiving holiday. I am a U.S. Citizen and I reside in the United Kingdom. When I am fortunate enough to have a sufficient amount of annual leave to visit home I usually do. Not many services exist in Waco in contrast to bigger and major cities, which is O.K. However, services that do exist should be experts in providing such services due to lack thereof. I called Waco Shuttle a couple of days prior to departing from the U.S. going back to the Great Britain. I reached customer service and the lady I spoke with exuded typical customer service experience. We spoke about the service and what time the shuttle could come and transport myself to DFW Intl. After we agreed upon a slot time that was available she proceeded to ask where I lived. Technically I did not live in the United States because I am an expat -- I live overseas. But, I was visiting family and the members upon my last days that provided some accommodation lived in an urban part of the city (which I will not specify). The woman assumed that I lived in Baylor University area and was slightly asserting that I could be picked up from my dorm room. Again, I do not reside in America. Eventually, I could ascertain what she was alluding to with her assumptive assertions. So I could definitely see her predisposition. I then asked if I could be picked up from any of the restaurants that border Interstate - 35. She said that they'd rather come to the domicile. With that, I told her that I was visiting in "this particular area". She put the phone down and told me that she would speak to her supervisor. Moments later she returned with a negative tone and response claiming that there were no available hours for the NEXT TWO DAYS at ALL. This really upset me. How could it be that the service had multiple spots before I gave the location of my quarters? It was blatant discrimination and prejudice. I ended up paying someone else for the service which costed $100. I cannot recommend this place to anyone due to this type of behavior. I sincerely hope someone else's experience was worth more than mine. read more

Couldn't have been happier about my trip from Dallas Love Field to Baylor yesterday. It was my first time using the service since this particular trip my Baylor son couldn't come get me at the airport. Called to make a reservation last week, simple and easy with friendly lady answering the phone. Got a confirmation email with all the details. Then day before trip got a courtesy call with reminder of the logistics of the trip, where to meet, the name and cell number of the driver, etc. Driver was right on time picking me up. The driver (Robert) was the best part. He was very friendly and was great to talk with during the long drive. If you want to know some history and stories of Texas football (TCU, UT, Baylor, etc) then he's an encyclopedia. Smooth drive, arrived early in Waco and was dropped off in front of the exact building I needed. I'll definitely use them again. read more

I am extremely disheartened and upset with the level of service we are experiencing with Waco Streak. I booked this service months ago after much research and communication with this company regarding the need for transportation for my daughter. I was assured that the service would meet our needs and was told by the person I spoke to that I could rest assured that my daughter would be in good hands. After confirming several times with Waco Streak regarding our reservation, that my daughter would be picked up at 11:45 am 12/13/2017 at the pick up point scheduled. My daughter called yesterday and spoke to someone confirming her 11:45 am pickup. It is now 12:45 AN HOUR LATER and no bus. I am appalled that when I called today (twice) I was met with a frustrated and frankly unapologetic person not giving me any consolation regarding the tardiness. My second call today the person I spoke with the same woman and she was frankly rude and told me that the issue is people keep calling her asking abut the whereabouts of the bus and she cant get a chance to call the driver and the driver isn't answering. NOT MY ISSUE as a paying customer. The person at Waco Streak I spoke with also told me that the issue was other students not being ready , again NOT MY ISSUE. Why should other paying customers be put in a position of missing flights because other customers were clearly not ready to be picked up ( I was told a student overslept).This is clearly unacceptable. I am bewildered at the level of customer service we are experiencing and it is very upsetting. The person I spoke to also told me that the driver BEGINS pickups at 11:45. This is misinformation and is a significant issue if it is true. I made ABSOLUTELY sure when planning this transportation for my daughter that the pickup was at 11:45 to ENSURE her timely arrival at the airport. The email confirmation of this reservation also states the pickup time of 11:45am. I was told I would receive a phone call back regarding the whereabouts of the bus and have yet to receive a returned call with explanation. The bus arrived at approximately 12:50 pm ( 1 hour and 5 minutes late) and now my daughter may miss her flight. I still have not received the promised update from Waco Streak. read more

I am so grateful for the Waco Streak! My daughter, a student at Baylor, just flew back from being home in CA for the long Thanksgiving weekend and I made the mistake of not booking in advance. I called on the day of her arrival to make a reservation only to find out they were booked and it was "standby only". I was more than a little worried about how my daughter would make the 100 mile trek back to school, but they were so accommodating and understood fully my concern. They were professional and courteous and were able to get her on. Thank you, Waco Streak, you took care of my baby and got her back to school safely! Next time I will book in advance! read more

Son left stranded Our son, a student at Baylor, scheduled the Waco Streak to pick him up at DFW. His flight was about an hour delayed, arriving around 4:30 PM. No one at the Waco Streak office would answer the phone (you're supposed to call when you land). About an hour later they called him back saying they had no more shuttles leaving DFW for the day...even though they are supposed to have a 6:30 PM shuttle leaving the airport. They did refund his money...which confirms that they had his reservation booked. This is such a joke of a business. I hope Waco will ine day have a better option than relying on the Waco Streak. read more

The "streak" is a shuttle to and from DFW /Love Field to Waco. We have used it 2 x and neither time has the shuttle been on time leaving the airport. Both times -the shuttle left and returned to the airport for another passenger, therefore returning later into Waco and making it a long ride. It is the only real way to get to and from DFW and Waco, so they have you. The van was cold. Not a great ride, but a ride either way. Just know that it is a shuttle and long ride. Again...it is a ride, and sometimes that is all that matters. read more

Warning: be very, very, very ,very careful when relying on Waco Streak to get to DFW or Love Field for a flight. My son, a student at Baylor, booked and paid for the 6:15am shuttle to DFW. It is now 7:45 and he just got picked up. Hopefully he can still make his 11:00 flight. The excuse by the driver was he was waiting for passengers that weren't at their pickup point. That's not how any other shuttle service I have used operates. There is a published schedule for a reason. This should apply to all passengers that use the service. Extremely disappointed. My son is a freshman and I thought we had a great way to get him to/from DFW. First time using - hugely, hugely disappointed. My son's a freshman and now I have to figure out alternatives to this pretense of a business. read more
