I called to request a quote (important detail I made clear at the beginning of the conversation) for 6 people for an executive sports utility/sedan. They would be flying in on private aviation and attending an upcoming Baylor game and need to have transportation to the game and back to the airport after. As he is shuffling through paperwork he explained how much they have going on I let him know I would be more than happy to receive the quote via email if that would be easier on him. He seemed frustrated that all I wanted was a quote- which I explained at the beginning of the conversation. I then went into further detail about the 6 attendees being a bachelor party- he immediately interrupted me explaining that there is no drinking and that he will not have a bachelor party messing up his *insert cost of vehicles here* and that his company drives the most elite (he gave examples such as CEOs, football team owners etc.) around and partner with Baylor. I explained to him that half of this bachelor party are global CEOs. I wouldn't be calling an executive service (that has prom, wedding and college student shuttling service all over their website anyways?) if I didn't NEED that type of service. He continued to interrupt me and mansplain their drop-off game procedures and services. He also added in that "he doesn't want to shoot himself in the foot but will be plenty busy anyways, but most groups rent a car through the airport." I finally asked him if they would be available on the date I need them. He let me know if I wouldn't have interrupted him while he was looking that he wouldn't have stopped but I told him "I just needed a quote." After he said yes, this was the end of the conversation. I am extremely disappointed in how he didn't even TRY to win business over but automatically assumes this business wouldn't fit the bill. However, I am sure he will be plenty busy anyways that our business did not matter. Terrible all around. I call car services beforehand to get an idea of their level of service before I book them for my executive. If the initial conversation is this rough, how is their level of client service? I wouldn't trust them with weddings, proms, CEOs OR my college kid.

a lot of the bus stop benches have no shade and it's horrible in hot summer months waiting for the…read morebus or when it's raining. the bus also only comes once an hour and there is no public transit to cameron park zoo or in cameron park around all of the trails. the busses still don't have mobile ticket options or the ability to pay with a card anywhere but the transit station downtown so you must have cash to ride the bus. the busses last route is 7pm and they offer $3 rides to work/the airport through the evening link thing until 11:45pm but you have to call 24hrs in advance and there is no way to book those rides online.

Instead, the driver arrived in a Toyota Corolla with: - A duct-taped headlight - A "maintenance required" light on during the 90 minute drive The driver arrived early, he explained that his town car was in the shop & that he was using his sister's car. While I understand that things happen, this change was not communicated in advance, which I believe is important when a customer is expecting a specific type of service. Additionally, the driver mentioned that he was unable to assist with lifting my luggage, so I had to load my suitcase myself. Again, I understand individual limitations, but this should also be communicated ahead of time, as most customers booking a private car service expect assistance. To be fair, the driver was polite & did get me to the airport on time. However, the main issue here is lack of transparency & service not matching what was advertised. Unfortunately, I had to catch a flight & I did not have time to change my arrangements to make the flight, so I was stuck using this service. I also noticed that there is only one 5 - star review associated with this business, & it appears to be someone connected to the driver, which raises concerns about how representative the rating actually is.
