Its not a large footprint, but ample enough so one will not feel crowded. As of this post there are 3 commercial flights between Waco and Dallas that cover a distance of 90 miles, and 50 minutes via American Eagle. The flights tend to be booked as American Eagle are normally staffed / managed by 3rd parties. Because of various reasons the outsourcing of these flights can result in delays. I some times question if it's easier to drive or fly between Dallas and Waco, or potentially fly into Austin. But if flying it's an easy commute flight if the connections make sense. I have flown into Waco several times and have never had a bad experience at this facility.

Contacted Hot Express immediately - we had only booked on the website the day before and paid the $95 that same day. They refused to give a refund, only offered a partial credit, told me they didn't care if I no longer recommended them to others and then hung up on me. We will choose another local service from now on.

He provided assistance with my luggage and rolling briefcase. He was prompt, friendly helpful ,and kind. The service was above and beyond. I arranged for him to pick me up at my hotel early every morning to take me to my work destination and to pick me at the end of each ay. He was always on time and textd me to indicate his arrival. It was great to not have to make separate arrangements for each of my rides from unfamiliar vendors. I will be returning to Waco for work again, and I will only call Elite Tranaportation. Our wedding guests filled up the Inn and everyone loved their rooms. They even have a studio on the first floor. My mom who is 82 appreciated not having to go up the stairs. Her room was really big. He was there in 30 minutes or less. He dropped a guy off that he was training in order to be able to fit me, my daughter and my little dog in the cab with him. I just thought you should know, and I'm sure you do, how hard it is to find really good workers but somehow you found an exceptional young man. He spoke highly of your company and how began working for you. He knew the area, we laughed because when he received the address he simply said, Oh, she lives behind the HEB. Yep.
