I booked this car service for a ride to the airport. I asked what type of vehicle, and a photo of…read morea Town Car with advertisement and permit number on it and a picture and name of the driver. Instead, the driver arrived in a Toyota Corolla with: - A duct-taped headlight - A "maintenance required" light on during the 90 minute drive The driver arrived early, he explained that his town car was in the shop & that he was using his sister's car. While I understand that things happen, this change was not communicated in advance, which I believe is important when a customer is expecting a specific type of service. Additionally, the driver mentioned that he was unable to assist with lifting my luggage, so I had to load my suitcase myself. Again, I understand individual limitations, but this should also be communicated ahead of time, as most customers booking a private car service expect assistance. To be fair, the driver was polite & did get me to the airport on time. However, the main issue here is lack of transparency & service not matching what was advertised. Unfortunately, I had to catch a flight & I did not have time to change my arrangements to make the flight, so I was stuck using this service. I also noticed that there is only one 5 - star review associated with this business, & it appears to be someone connected to the driver, which raises concerns about how representative the rating actually is. I would recommend confirming vehicle type & service details in advance before booking.

Thank you Kevin and George G. at Waco Transit for making this possible on 6/5. Please forgive me if I am wrong on scheduler's name as the paper I wrote the info I'm not able to locate. The young man that went out of his way to help me, my daughter and my little dog get to my mom's in Waco was wonderful. (Jacob was his name, I hope that is his name, young 26 year old cowboy, clean cut, great manners) Not only was he professional, but oh so much more. He was fast, even though it was a holiday weekend. He was there in 30 minutes or less. He dropped a guy off that he was training in order to be able to fit me, my daughter and my little dog in the cab with him. I just thought you should know, and I'm sure you do, how hard it is to find really good workers but somehow you found an exceptional young man. He spoke highly of your company and how began working for you. He knew the area, we laughed because when he received the address he simply said, Oh, she lives behind the HEB. Yep. I just thought you should know the impact Jacob made on an irritated driver who lost her keys and was stranded at Slovacek's. I will write a great review on swoop as well. Again, thank Jacob again for me and give him a pat on the back and maybe a Christmas bonus!
