We used Hot Express with no issue last year - but we won't be using them again. Booked a shuttle for a pick up only in Dallas with drop off in Waco. Ended up cancelling the trip as the flight out of Waco was delayed and the connections were missed, negating the need for the trip. Contacted Hot Express immediately - we had only booked on the website the day before and paid the $95 that same day. They refused to give a refund, only offered a partial credit, told me they didn't care if I no longer recommended them to others and then hung up on me. This was my best transport by far. Car was clean and the driver was very friendly. Prices are cheap and well worth every penny! I will definitely be calling them everytime i need shuttle service to airport. read more
